    • Systems and methods for health wellness management programs comprising a method of positively transforming behavioral and health parameters associated with members of a community and segmenting the community into attitudinal, behavioral and health parameter values. The method further includes enrolling members of the community into a health wellness management program, wherein each member pays a participation fee. The method may further include monitoring a progress status of each member of the community based on the collected behavioral and health parameter values. In addition, the method may further include environmental assessments (e.g., physical, social, cultural, economic) and programs for supporting adoption and maintenance of healthy behaviors within the community as a whole.

    • The present invention is directed towards a microencapsulated bait for application to electric animal traps for luring animals to the trap. The microencapsulated bait can be applied during manufacturing of new traps or to existing traps alike. The microencapsulated bait may be applied to the trap via brush, spray or adhesive backed tape. The microencapsulated bait can be activated by merely scratching the portion of the trap containing the microcapsules. Alternatively the microcapsules may be constructed and arranged for timed release of the scents, flavors or phermones contained therein.

    • An insert for a storm water treatment system includes an elongated baffle member that is configured to be mounted within a substantially upright storm water drain basin so as to separate the interior space of the drain basin into a first compartment that communicates with an inlet opening of the drain basin and a second compartment that communicates with an outlet opening of the drain basin. A predetermined primary flow path is defined in the baffle number between the first and second compartments near a lower end of the baffle member. Treatment material is positioned, optionally in cartridge form, in a lower end of the second compartment so that storm water in the primary flow path will be directed through the treatment material in order to remediate possible contamination of the storm water. The system is designed in order to facilitate retrofitting of existing storm water drainage infrastructure and for original installation. A method of treating storm water is also disclosed.

    • Error information may be made quickly and easily accessible to an administrator by logging communications attempts in the operating system of a server. When the interface processor resides outside of the operating system, the interface processor may provide indications to the operating system of communications attempts. Specifically, the interface processor may provide message packets to the pass-through communications processor of the operating system when SSL/TLS communications attempts fail to establish secure communications sessions. The message packets may include information useful for diagnosing errors in SSL/TLS communication failures such as errors in the creation and management of certificates, certificate trust, private and public keys, and/or cipher suites. The communications logs in the operating system may be reviewed and/or analyzed by an administrator with a log trace analysis application.
