摘要： An electrostatic discharge protection circuit employing an extended resistive structure having bimodal resistance characteristics in series with an input/output buffer circuit and an input/output electrical contact pad on an integrated circuit. The extended resistive structure is integrally formed with the device or devices in the buffer circuit most susceptible to damage due to ESD breakdown effects In a first resistance mode during normal circuit operations, the resistor has a low resistance value and introduces virtually no additional load to the input/output buffer circuitry. In a second mode of operation during ESD discharge, the resistor has a second significantly higher resistance which reduces current values during the ESD event thereby protecting the buffer circuit. Thick oxide snap-back device is also employed to provide a parallel ESD discharge path with low power dissipation.

The powered air purifying respirator blower system may include a fan powered by an electric motor, the motor being controlled by an electronic control unit for delivering a forced flow of filtered air to a user. In some embodiments, the electronic control unit may be operable to adjust an electrical characteristic of the motor in accordance with a predetermined correlation between the speed of the fan and the applied motor electrical characteristic for a selected substantially uniform volumetric airflow from the fan.

摘要： A golf training device includes a flexible ground pad on which an artificial lawn is formed and a ball holder made of an elastically deformable material, having a tee mounted to and extending from a flat base of the ball holder. The tee of the ball holder is located on the ground pad to support a training ball to be hit thereon. The training ball has a light-weighted core enclosed by a stretchable cover layer in a relative slippery manner. A loop portion of a Velcro fastener is fixed on the ball and a hook portion of the Velcro fastener is fixed on the head of a golf club so that when the club is used to hit the ball, the contact between the hook and loop portions of the Velcro fastener makes the ball stick to the club and thus not arbitrarily fly away. Also by examining the location of the ball on the club head, a player may know if the ball is hit correctly and thus improvement may be exercised in the next hit.

摘要： An electrostatic discharge protection circuit for an integrated circuit employing a segmented field effect buffer transistor between the input/output pad and the active devices on the integrated cicuit. An extended resistive structure is configured in series with the segmented buffer transistor and the input/output electrical contact pad. The extended resistive structure is integrally formed with the individual segments of the buffer FET. The resistive structure may be implemented as an extended n well structure adjacent the FET segments. In a first resistance mode during normal circuit operations, the extended resistive structure has a low resistance value and introduces virtually no additional load to the input/output buffer circuitry. In a second mode of operation during ESD discharge, the resistive structure has a second significantly higher resistance which reduces current values during the ESD event thereby protecting the buffer circuit. A thick oxide snap-back device is also employed to provide a parallel EDS discharge path with low power dissipation.
