摘要： The invention relates to an electroluminescent display comprising a first display pixel and a second display pixel formed on a substrate. The display pixels comprise a first electrode deposited on or across the substrate, an electroluminescent layer and a second reflective electrode. The first and second display pixels are separated by a region comprising at least one insulating structure. The insulating structure is adapted to suppress the output of light at the second display pixel reflected at the second reflective electrode, which light is incident from at least the first display pixel and/or the substrate. The insulating structure reduces crosstalk of light between the first and second or further display pixel and can be easily integrated in the manufacturing process of the electroluminescent display.

摘要： A touch sensitive active martix display device has an array of capacitive display element pixels (16), each associated with a pixel storage capacitor (20) and a pixel transistor. One or more common electrode contacts (18a) are provided and connected to a terminal of a plurality of the display elements (16). Each common electrode contact is individually connectable to a charge measurement device (50) for measuring a flow of charge to the common electrode contact. The charge flowing through the capacitive display element can thus be measured while the pixel transistor is switched off. This flow of charge represents the transfer of charge between the pixel storage capacitor (20) and the display element (16) and results from a change in capacitance, and is therefore indicative of a touch input.

摘要： An active matrix display device uses an amorphous silicon drive transistor for driving a current through an LED display element. First and second capacitors are connected in series between the gate and source of the drive transistor, with a data input to the pixel provided to the junction between the first and second capacitors. The second capacitor is charged to a pixel data voltage, and a drive transistor threshold voltage is stored on the first capacitor. This pixel arrangement enables a threshold voltage to be stored on the first capacitor, and this can be done each time the pixel is addressed, thereby compensating for age-related changes in the threshold voltage.

摘要： Methods are provided for automatic cleaning of gripper belts and rollers within a self-service dispensing device. In an embodiment, a cleaning station located in a storage bin of the dispensing device is used to perform the automatic cleaning. The cleaning station is retrofitted into an existing storage bin of the dispensing device. In another embodiment, an interactive slot mechanism of the dispensing device is modified to hold a cleaning case and provide cleaning fluid to clean the belts and/or rollers. In another embodiment, a cleaning case contains a reservoir of cleaning fluid and a pad saturated with the cleaning fluid to clean the internal belts and roller. Furthermore the cleaning case may contain an automatic lid to maintain saturation of the pads and to keep debris from the cleaning case itself.
