摘要： A method for communicating network status information includes receiving, via a first link, a request for status information from a client device, the first link being a link between a router device and a client device. In response to the request, a data exchanger is polled for status information via a second link. The second link is a link between the router device and the data exchanger. The status information identifies a state of a third link between the data exchanger and a wide area network. The status information is received via the second link and communicated to the client device via the first link.

When in a tightening position, the seal member covers an engagement surface of the coupler, and wherein when in a deployed position, the seal member contacts at least a portion of the terminal.

摘要： A method of making a coaxial cable assembly is disclosed, the assembly comprising a coaxial cable and a connector, or connector termination, on at least one end of the cable. A connector, comprised of connector components, is also disclosed. The method comprises placing connector components into contact with the cable before the connector components are assembled into a connector. The connector is assembled simultaneously with securing the connector to the cable to make a coaxial cable assembly. A method of preparing coaxial cable in a manner suitable for making coaxial cable assemblies is also disclosed. The coaxial cable assembly can be a jumper, or a lead.

摘要： A method and system for managing a battery system for a vehicle utilizes a hierarchy to disconnect electrical loads from the battery system. One embodiment of the method includes receiving an input signal representative of a condition of one of the components of one of the systems provided in a vehicle. The method also includes comparing the input signal with at least one parameter to determine whether the condition indicates that at least one of the plurality of electrical loads should be disconnected from the battery. The method also includes disconnecting at least one of the plurality of electrical loads from the at least one battery according to a predetermined hierarchy if the input signal when compared to the parameter indicates that at least one of the plurality of electrical loads should be disconnected from the at least one battery.

These connectors include a connector body having a front end that extends toward the front connection end of the coaxial connector and a rear end opposite the front end and a compression element that is configured to move between an unseated position and a seated position, the compression element configured to impart a compressive force to secure one or more elements of a cable within the connector body when the compression element is in the seated position. The compression element is designed to be closer to the front connection end of the coaxial connector when in the unseated position than it is when in the seated position.
