摘要： An optical device for motor vehicles, designed to detect the condition of the road surface, comprises a unit for the emission of electromagnetic radiation in the direction of the road surface to be detected, a receiving unit coupled to an optical element for focusing the radiation back-diffused by the road surface and an electronic control and processing unit for receiving signals at output from said receiving unit and for processing them in order to determine the condition of the road surface, on the basis of a reference map. Appearing in said map are the values of the intensity of radiation Iref back-reflected at a reference wavelength and at least one second wavelength. The map is divided into subareas identified beforehand as corresponding to the different conditions of the road surface.

摘要： A system for projecting a virtual image within an observer's field of view comprises a support element, a transparent element mounted on the support element and suitable for being placed in front of the observer's eyes, the transparent element comprising a first face and a second face, an image display device suitable for forming an additional image, and a projection and focusing device for projecting the additional image in a manner such as to present it superimposed on the image of the outside world. The display device comprise light-emitting devices disposed on one of the faces of the transparent element, and the projection and focusing device comprise optical elements associated with respective emitting devices and arranged on the other face. Each of the optical elements creates a virtual image of the emitting device associated therewith. The virtual images of the emitting devices together form the additional image.

摘要： An optical device to measure the distance between the device itself and an obstacle/object comprising a unit to emit radiation including an aligned series of sources of radiation coupled to a series of arrangements of lenses to guide the radiation emitted by the sources. An optical acquisition unit comprising a matrix of photodetectors has a field of view including the scene in front of the optical device and including the obstacle. The signals leaving the acquisition unit are sent to a control and processing unit for calculation of the distance from the obstacle. The unit for the emission and conformation of the radiation emits a beam having a transverse section of a form elongated along an axis that is progressively rotated for transverse sections of the beam progressively more distant from the emission unit. In this manner, the distance of the obstacle may be calculated on the basis of the angular position of the section of the beam intercepted by the obstacle, as acquired by said acquisition unit.
