摘要： Disclosed is a geometric reinforcing structure for a slide rail. The slide rail includes an inner rail, a middle rail, an outer rail and slip elements. The slip elements are movably installed between the inner and middle rails and between the middle and outer rails respectively, such that the inner and middle rails can be sequentially pulled out and extended relative to the outer rail. Except the remaining part that overlaps the inner and outer rails, the middle rail is formed with geometric reinforcing blocks by stamping, and the reinforcing blocks are equidistantly arranged along the extension direction of the middle rail, and all or part of the reinforcing blocks are rotated with an angle, or the reinforcing blocks have a configuration means with a slope and form an interference portion between two adjacent reinforcing blocks to greatly improve the load strength of pulling out in an application.

摘要： A fixing buckle assembly of a slide rail used for an industrial cabinet includes a fixing frame, a plurality of fixing members, a fixing plate, a hook plate, and an elastic member. The fixing frame is mounted to an end portion of the slide rail and is reversely bent to form a mounting surface corresponding to a surface of the slide rail and has a notch adjacent to the mounting surface. The hook plate and the elastic member are sandwiched between the mounting surface and a slide space formed by the fixing plate through the fixing members. When mounted to the industrial cabinet, the two protruding posts of the fixing plate are inserted in two of buckle holes of a rack, and the hook plate is driven by the elastic member to be engaged with a back of the rack to be in a locked state.

摘要： A multi-rail concealed slide rail structure includes an outer rail, a first ball retainer, a middle rail, a pair of second ball retainers, and an inner rail. 摘要： A trigger type self-locking device for servers and rackmount cabinets includes a trigger base and a moving trigger installed at an end of a slide rail moving section of a server. The rackmount cabinet has a latch base fixed to a slide rail fixed section for locking the slide rail moving section into the rackmount cabinet. The moving trigger is pivoted to the trigger base for passing a snap hook and a pulling part of the moving trigger out from the trigger base. An elastic plate installed at the middle of the moving trigger produces a resilient force of driving the snap hook and pulling part. During operation, the moving trigger can complete a locking connection with the latch base quickly and intuitively perform locking and unlocking operation to greatly simplify the components and reduce the cost and difficulty of the manufacturing.
