摘要： A bench-top dust collector has a front or intake side where air is directed by a cowling into a pre-filter and then a final filter that are held in a frame. A rear compartment holds an array of small high velocity fans that pull the air through the filters to a plenum in the rear compartment. The filtered air in the plenum is discharged through a grill in a downward and rearward direction. The unit is compact and configured to be about the size and shape of an attaché case.

摘要： A sound absorbing filter for a dust collector system is attached downstream of the system air blower and ahead of the cylindrical HEPA filter cartridge. The sound filter is formed of a cylindrical barrel or shell, favorably steel, another metal, plastics, or composite with end-caps bonded on. The cylindrical shell interior is lined with plural annular layers of sound absorbing materials. The sound absorbing elements are retained with two or more thin retainer plates The lining can comprise a radial outer layer of compressed fiber batting, and a radial inner layer of convoluted acoustic polyurethane foam 1 to 2 inches thick. The foam lining protects the fiberglass from the air flow reducing fiber shedding, and also absorbs higher frequencies, with the fiberglass being more absorptive of lower frequencies.

摘要： A bucket lid for a cyclone dust collector is configured to fit onto a standard pail or bucket, with a circumferential rim forming an outer edge of the lid, a central mounting disk onto which the cyclone is mounted, and a series of baffles extending circumferentially around the lid between the mounting disk and the rim. These baffles extend downward into the bucket to interfere with swirl in the bucket from dust discharged from the cyclone. The baffles may be radial ribs alternating with ramped coffers. The lid may be formed of anti-static polypropylene.

摘要： A stacking modular filter arrangement may be employed as a final filter for the dust collector for woodshop or other environment in which dust in an air stream is separated out and the exhausted air is filtered in the final filter to return to the ambient. The filter arrangement employs at least first and second filter modules of similar section, and a number of clamp members to hold facing end plates of the filter modules and pull the end plates against one another with one or more gasket members compressed between them. This arrangement permits the available filter area of the final filter to be customized to the customer's needs.

The rail extrusion can be an extrusion with an inverted U profile, with an open slot or slots at its base. There are glides, e.g., nylon members with a ball, hemisphere, or other wide head portion and shaft that projects out through the slot from the open interior of the rail. The glides have one or two hook structures for attaching to a fabric curtain and a vinyl curtain liner. In one preferred version, there is a liner hook and spring retaining arm on one side that fits into the grommet at the top of the liner. On the other side is a short arm with a button that fits into a button hole on the cloth or fabric curtain. The curtain has blind button holes or grommets at its upper hem, so that the hook structure, e.g., button, does not show.

The lid is supported at a fixed elevation above the surface of the shop floor to create a space or clearance between the rim of the dust collection barrel and the lid. The barrel is supported on casters, and can be rolled into place under the rim, and can be rolled out for emptying. Over-center latches positioned at intervals around the upper part of the barrel side wall, engage corresponding structure on the lid. These pull the barrel upwards against the lid and with the barrel casters lifted off the floor surface. The latch members release to lower the barrel for emptying.

摘要： An interchangeable additive injection apparatus provides a plurality of flow paths from one or more upstream additive tanks to one or more downstream fuel containers. A plurality of additive lines converge into an additive conduit at a manifold disposed within the apparatus. A plurality of valves associated with the additive lines are selectively opened and closed to isolate one of the flow paths. A metering device is disposed along the additive conduit for measuring the flow of additive therethrough. A reversible, multiple port housing surrounds at least the valves and manifold. In a forward orientation, a plurality of upstream ports are coupled to upstream additive tanks, and a downstream port is coupled to a fuel tank. By reversing the housing, the apparatus is placed in a reverse orientation wherein the upstream port is connected to an upstream additive tank and a plurality of downstream ports are connected to downstream fuel tanks. In either orientation, an expansion apparatus may be coupled to an expansion port on the additive injection apparatus to provide a number of additional ports and flow paths. A controller is coupled with the injection apparatus to monitor and control the associated pumps, valves and meters.

摘要： An ergonomic vacuum-assist scraper tool has an arcuately curved head in which a scraper blade is mounted at either of a front position or a rear position, a handle or grip portion, and a tubular connector portion adapted to receive a male or female vacuum hose fitting. The head has a cavity defined between front and back walls, with the front and back walls converging along an arc to a mouth or slot opening. The grip portion is hollow and tubular, extending proximally from the head, to the vacuum hose-accepting tubular connector. A scraper blade can be removably mounted at either of the blade mounting positions. The tool is formed of upper and lower halves that snap together along a partition line.
