摘要： A valve for permitting or precluding fluid communication between a fluid reservoir and a pipe. The inventive device includes a valve seat securable to a flange of the pipe. A support plate is adjustably positioned above the valve seat and mounts a fluid actuator thereover. A valve plate is coupled to the fluid actuator and can be axially moved relative to the valve seat to permit or preclude fluid transfer therethrough. The valve utilizes a pressure of the fluid within the reservoir to retain the valve plate against the valve seat in a closed condition.
