    • An overvoltage-protective automotive power generation control circuit that is adapted for electrical connection with a field coil of an automotive power generator includes a voltage detecting circuit electrically connected with a battery-based power source mounted in a car for generating a predetermined partial voltage with respect to the battery-based power source; a driving element having a gate terminal electrically connected with the voltage detecting circuit and two conduction terminals one of which is grounded; and an opening element serially connected with the field coil of the automotive power generator and electrically connected with the other conduction terminal for open circuit upon activation and closed circuit of the driving element. Thus, the battery-based power source is prevented from overcharge and overvoltage to further prevent electronic apparatuses mounted in the car from damage incurred by the overvoltage.

    • A regulator for eliminating noises generated by an automotive power generator is composed of a front-end circuit, a semiconductor power element, a resistor, and a capacitor. The front-end circuit includes a plurality of electronic components for offering control signals generated therefrom. The semiconductor power element is electrically connected with a field coil of the power generator, including a gate electrically connected with the front-end circuit for receiving the control signals that switch ON/OFF the gate. The resistor is electrically connected in series between the gate and the front-end circuit. The capacitor includes an end connected with the gate and the other end thereof grounded. Thus, the semiconductor power element can slow down the ON/OFF switching to be further low-cost and simple-circuit for enhanced quality of the output voltage of the power generator.

    • A controller built in Li-battery electric tool includes a microprocessor, a charging switch loop, a battery voltage detecting loop, a motor driving loop, and a power circuit. The charging switch loop is connected with the microprocessor and connected to a chargeable battery and a charging source, for controlling the charging status of the rechargeable battery.     • A heat dissipating structure for rectifiers of car alternators includes an upper cover, a rectifier assembly disposed under the upper cover, and a heat dissipating plate disposed below the rectifier assembly. The rectifier assembly is comprised of a plurality of rectifying elements and terminals, and a heat conductive assembly for receiving the rectifying elements. One side of the respective rectifying elements are connected to the terminals to constitute a rectifier circuit. The other side of the respective rectifying elements are connected to the heat conductive assembly, which is in turn connected to the heat dissipating plate. The heat conductive assembly is comprised of a heat conductive plate to which the rectifying elements may adhere, and a ceramic heat dissipating substrate disposed between the heat conductive plate and the heat dissipating plate. The ceramic heat dissipating substrate may efficiently dissipate heat and is compact in size, so that the overall size and weight of the heat dissipating structure may be reduced in size and weight.
