In order to facilitate manipulation of the connection elements to be fitted, and even easily to allow such manipulation by relatively insensitive robots, while simplifying management of the stocks associated with these connection elements, the connection further comprises means for angularly indexing the two elements, borne by the two elements and adapted to position the two elements angularly with respect to each other before the no-mistake means, at least partly connected to the two elements in removable and configurable manner, cooperate together during fit of these elements.

It further comprises a member defining, alone or with the body of this element, a globally annular section in recess of which parts of the valve are capable of receiving, in abutment, a part of the other element of the connection for manoeuvring the valve to open it. The ratio of the width of the aforementioned annular section to the depth of recess of the aforementioned parts with respect to this section is less than 1. This limits the access to the valve and avoids accidental manoeuvres thereof.

The male element includes a plug and a sleeve that surrounds the plug and is mobile relative to the plug.
