摘要： Disclosed are a connecting arrangement of a fiber composite component with a second component and a process for producing the arrangement. The second component comprises at least one flat section having one or more cut-outs which pass through the flat section. The flat section is arranged between at least two sublayers of the fiber composite component and at least one of the at least two sublayers with a layer thickness SF comprises one or more embossments which have an essentially even layer thickness SF and are molded into the one or more cut-outs.

摘要： The invention relates to a device for introducing force into a component of fiber composite material by means of a screw connection having a bolt-like connecting element arranged in a passage of the component. The invention is based in particular on the problem of improving the durability of the screw connection on the component of fiber composite material. The object is achieved in that the screw connection has a two-part bush (6) which borders the passage (2) of the component (1) and accommodates the connecting element (9), wherein the first and the second bush part (6.1, 6.2) of the bush (6) are designed to engage in one another in axial extension, and each bush part (6.1, 6.2) has a radially extended union collar (15.1, 15.2) with a collar side (16.1, 16.2) facing the component (1), on which side a sliding surface is formed.

摘要： Longitudinal members for motor vehicles may generally include a supporting element that is releasably connectable to an energy absorption mechanism. The supporting element may typically include a joining zone that can be used to secure the supporting element to one or more chassis or drive components of the motor vehicle. The supporting element and the energy absorption mechanism may be comprised of fiber-reinforced plastic. More specifically, the supporting element may be comprised of a plurality of length portions having different fiber orientations. For example, a first length portion may have fibers oriented substantially parallel to a horizontal longitudinal plane about which the supporting element is positioned, whereas a second length portion between the first length portion and the energy absorption mechanism may have intersecting fibers oriented oblique to the horizontal longitudinal plane.

On the method side, it is proposed that an elastic coating (3) is applied onto the fiber preform (1, 23, 37), wherein the elastic coating (3) is widened to form a gap space (22) between the fiber preform (1) and the coating (3). The matrix material (21) is then fed into the gap space (22) and the elastic coating (3) is subsequently pressed against the fiber preform (1, 23, 37). On the device side, it is claimed that an elastic coating (3) is arranged on the fiber preform (1, 23, 37) and means are provided, which are in operative connection with the elastic coating (3), by which the coating (3) can be widened while forming a gap space (22) between the fiber preform (1, 23, 37) and the coating (3). A matrix material (21) can be fed into the gap space (22) and the coating (3) can be pressed against the fiber preform (1, 23, 37).

摘要： A plastic spring having a corrugated tubular body with connection surfaces at its ends for transmitting force between two structural component parts which are movable relative to one another. A connection surface of the plastic spring is constructed as a tubular body which engages in a cup element of one of the supporting structural component parts. The cup element can be filled with a displacement mass, and the tubular body accordingly carries out a displacing movement within the cup element for axially adjusting the preloading of the plastic spring.
