摘要： A masonry veneer machine is disclosed having adjustable fingers for applying the proper amount of pressure to the brick against a guide. The adjustable fingers are disposed on the lateral side of the saw blade, whereas, the guide is disposed on an arbor side of the saw blade. This provides for quick adjustments to the fingers and guide when changing over from cutting bricks of a first size to bricks of a second size which are significantly different from each other.

摘要： Cutting bricks includes rotating a turntable having jigs. Bearings on clamp arms of the jigs are urged against a cam surface at first and second sides of the turntable to open the clamp arms to permit loading and unloading of unclamped brick. Bricks are loaded into the jigs on the turntable from both sides of the turntable by positioning the bricks in jigs with opened clamp arms. One clamp arm can clamp the brick against a side plate portion below a saw blade height and one can clamp above saw blade height. The turntable continues to rotate to release the arms from the cam surface to cause clamp arms to close. At least two brick saws positioned adjacent the turntable cut clamped bricks loaded into jigs on the turntable. Cut bricks are unloaded at the sides of the turntable when the clamp arms open.

摘要： A masonry tool cleaning and storage device may include one or more bins capable of holding water and adapted to hang from the sides of a conventional wheel barrow. The bins may or may not have lids, which may or may not be attached to the bins. The device may optionally include a combined drying table and water return surface adapted to route water, e.g. dripping from wet tools, back to the water bins. The drying table may include a grated surface that is more or less horizontal while assembled in a working configuration. The grated surface may be above a downwardly sloped surface adapted to return water that has fallen through the grated surface back to the bins. When work is complete, the bins may be emptied of water, cleaned, and used for tool storage.

摘要： A chop saw, grinding wheel, or like apparatus is disclosed herein also incorporated to an easily portable dust collection system. In a preferred embodiment, a worktable is provided with a center slot for receiving a circular saw blade. A negative pressure and resulting air flow is provided at the center slot to capture particulate matter as a byproduct of cutting the workpiece. Side slots are also disclosed to assist in particulate collection. A unique filter chamber having a cylindrical filter is additionally provided to remove dust from air and discharge the filtered air at a lateral side of the apparatus. A filter cleaning knob is additionally disclosed to assist in cleaning the filter. Of the beneficial aspects of the chop saw with dust collection system is its portability being one integral unit and the dust filter being easily cleaned and maintained.

摘要： The present concept is a cutting surface and debris container in combination with a vacuum cleaner. The cutting surface and debris container includes a hollow container with a debris storage compartment, and a cutting surface for supporting a workpiece to be cut. The cutting surface has an opening to allow fresh air to be drawn into the container. The top section of the container has an outlet that can connect to a hose which couples the container to a vacuum cleaner. Debris generated from cutting the workpiece is drawn into the container. Large debris particles drop in the debris storage compartment while small particles are extracted by the vacuum cleaner.
