摘要： A wearable training apparatus has a vision-control assembly for engaging a user's face about the user's eyes. The vision-control assembly has a see-through area about the user's eyes and an opaque area surrounding the see-through area at least on a temporal side and an inferior side thereof. The opaque area is for substantially blocking at least major portions of the natural monocular vision-areas of a natural field of vision (FOV) of the user's eyes, said natural monocular vision-areas being peripheral to a natural binocular vision-area on respectively temporal sides. The see-through area is for forming a reduced FOV about a gaze direction. The reduced FOV has a span encompassing at least a major portion of the natural binocular vision-area of the natural FOV of the user's eyes about the gaze direction thereof, said natural binocular vision-area being at an angular center of the natural FOV.

摘要： Two through-holes and a slit extending therebetween are provided in each of bilaterally symmetric locations near a top edge of left and right sides of an eye shield sheet made of transparent resin sheet. The eye shield sheet is obtained by forming an elastic rod into an approximate U-shape securable to the head of a wearer, and includes a curved section at each temple region of the wearer that curves inward to fit into the slit and the two through-holes. Attachment of the sheet to the frame is completed by the wearer first bending the entire sheet and positioning the sheet on the inner side of the frame, and then inserting the curved sections of the frame one side at a time into the sheet simply by pressing the curved section against the slit to open the slit and continue pressing until the frame fits into the two through-holes.

A medical image reviewing system may include at least one medical image displaying monitor and a light-filtering optical eyewear. The light-filtering optical eyewear may include an eyewear frame, the eyewear frame including a first temple, a second temple, and a lens frame, the lens frame being centrally connected between the first temple and the second temple. The light-filtering optical eyewear may further include a first ambient light shield, the first ambient light shield being connected along the first temple. The light-filtering optical eyewear may further include a second ambient light shield, the second ambient light shield being connected along the second temple. The light-filtering optical eyewear may further include a light-filtering lens assembly configured to optimize the contrasts of the medical images being viewed by the user and maintain activation of rods in the eyes of the user for low light level viewing by the user.

摘要： A system includes glasses for executing a process to correct the alignment of an eye if a misalignment condition is detected. The glasses include lens that change opacity as instructed by a processor. The system determines that an eye is not aligned correctly based on data captured by one or more sensors in the glasses. Data is captured periodically and compared to a baseline set of data. If a deviation is detected, then the appropriate lens is turned “ON” to shade the aligned eye, thereby forcing the misaligned eye to properly align itself.
