摘要： Provided are a sampling probe and a sampling probe automatic separation device, and a use method thereof. The sampling probe comprises a probe tail area (1) and a probe sampling area (2) connected to the top of the probe tail area (1). The probe sampling area (2) comprises a two-piece mold housing component (3) and a sample (4) disposed inside the two-piece mold housing component (3). The two-piece mold housing component (3) is wound and fixed by means of an adhesive tape capable of burning and melting. The automatic separation device comprises a cutting device (5) for cutting a sampling probe, and an inclined bottom plate. The front end of the inclined bottom plate is placed close to the cutting device (5). The inclined bottom plate gradually inclines downwards from the front end to the rear end. A first posture adjustment device (9), a first separation device (10), a second posture adjustment device (11), and a second separation device (12) are sequentially arranged between the front end and the rear end of the inclined bottom plate. Not only the problem that it is difficult to separate the sample from a housing can be effectively solved, but also the situation that an actuation mechanism is stuck with each component is avoided by constraint on the posture of each component.

摘要： Disclosed are a high-strength multiphase steel tinned raw plate and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the mass percentages of the components of the multiphase steel tinned raw plate are: 0.081%-0.14% of C, 0.2%-0.8% of Mn, 0.01%-0.09% of Al, 0.01%-0.03% of P, 0.002%-0.015% of N, also containing one or more than one of 0.001%-0.005% of B, 0.005%-0.05% of Cr, 0.001%-0.1% of Ti, 0.001%-0.2% of Nb, 0.005%-0.03% of Cu, 0.001%-0.008% of Mo, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities; and satisfy: 0.21%≤Mn+1.3 Cr+3.2 Mo+0.5 Cu≤0.91%. The tinned raw plate has a structure comprising ferrite grains, pearlite, martensite and cementite particles, wherein the total volume fraction of the pearlite, martensite and cementite particles is 5%-20%, the volume fraction of the martensite is 1%-5%, and the martensite has a solid solution content of carbon of ≥0.07%. The tinned raw plate has a high strength and better elongation, and can be used to produce a can body, a can bottom, an easy-open end and a twist-off cap, etc. of a three-piece can which has higher requirements for strength and elongation.

A plurality of axial heating holes are provided inside the core rod, resistance wires are arranged inside the heating holes, and a primary guide plate, a secondary guide plate and a tertiary guide plate are arranged on the surface of the core rod; and a buffer groove is provided on the inner wall of the flow distribution tank body, and the buffer groove corresponds to the core rod in position. According to the present invention, when high-temperature steam makes contact with a low-temperature steel plate, a uniform coating is formed on the surface of the steel plate.

摘要： Laminated steel having a low interface bubble rate, comprising: a substrate with a surface roughness of 0.15-0.25 μm and a modified flexible polyester film thermally laminated onto the surface of the substrate. The modified flexible polyester film is obtained by copolymerization modification of ethylene terephthalate with a low-molecular-weight aliphatic polyester. A method for manufacturing the laminated steel having an extremely low interface bubble rate, comprising the steps of: (1) preheating and then heating the substrate; (2) uncoiling the modified flexible polyester film at room temperature, and then thermally laminating same onto the substrate; and (3) cooling and squeeze-drying. The laminated steel having a low interface bubble rate is made of the substrate with a low surface roughness and the modified flexible polyester thermally laminated onto the surface of the substrate, so that the laminated steel has the low interface bubble rate, high product surface quality, excellent adhesion property, and is applicable for forming into deep-drawn containers.

When the high-temperature steam reaches the low-temperature steel plate, a uniform coating can be formed on the steel plate surface.
