    • A tube structure for bicycle cable includes a rigid metallic member spirally wound into a tubular body. The tubular body has a channel centrally defined therein and axially extending therethrough for adapting to be passed through by a bicycle cable. A flexible metallic member is connected with the rigid metallic member and is spirally disposed along a length of the rigid metallic member. When the tubular body is impacted with an external force, the rigid metallic member provides an enhanced rigidity to the tubular body for preventing a deformation of the tubular body. The flexible metallic member and the rigid metallic member are alternately arranged so as to allow the tubular body to be bendable and have a sufficient ductility.

    • A caliper brake of bicycle includes a yoke at one end of a second arm, the yoke comprising two yoke arms having a hole, and a spring depressible detent at one end; and a mechanism comprising a manipulation member disposed between the yoke arms and comprising a C-shaped element including outer teeth and an inner protrusion, and a handle; a brake cable retaining member; a cylinder secured to the brake cable retaining member and comprising outer recesses and an eccentric tunnel. The protrusion is engaged with one recess. The cylindrical member is fitted in the tunnel. The detent is urged against one tooth. A brake cable is held tight. In response to counterclockwise rotating the handle the tunnel moves upward and both the detent moves to another tooth and the protrusion moves to another recess so as to loosen the brake cable.

    • A bicycle cable disc brake is provided with a cam assembly that has improved efficiency during movement under high pressure. Basically, the cable disc brake has a cable housing, a pair of friction members and an actuated mechanism. The first friction member is movably coupled to the caliper housing between a release position and a braking position. The second caliper is also coupled to the caliper housing and arranged substantially parallel to the first friction member to form a rotor receiving slot therebetween. The actuated mechanism is movably coupled to the caliper housing to move the first friction member from the release position towards the second friction member to the braking position. The actuated mechanism has a pair of cam members movably arranged between an axially retracted position and an axially extended position with a guide member interconnecting the cam members during movement between the axial retracted position and the axially extended position. In the preferred embodiment, the guide member is a guide pin that extends from one of the cam members and is received in a bore of the other cam member.

    • A brake device and a brake system using the same are provided. The brake device mainly has a housing having one end oppositely connected to a top lid. A synchronization assembly accommodated with the housing has first and second end surfaces, through which active and passive brake cable sets penetrate. An active limiter is connected to the second end surface of the active brake cable set, and the passive brake cable set is connected to at least one passive limiter, at least one elastic member and at least one brake assembly. A rear wheel is firstly braked and then a front wheel is braked according to a ratio between the corresponding elastic members through the movements of the active and passive brake cable sets, the elastic member and the single synchronization assembly. Meanwhile, the overall size and the manufacturing cost of the brake device can be effectively and saved, respectively.

    • A brake-action synchronizing device for a two-wheeled vehicle includes a force imparting unit which is disposed in a housing and which includes a first block secured to and moved with a front brake cable, a stage extending transversely from the first block, and a second block which is disposed in the housing and which is secured to a rear brake cable.     • Disclosed herein are an electronic parking brake system and a control method thereof. The electronic parking brake system includes brakes, a parking cable to apply braking force to the brakes, a motor to apply tension to the parking cable, a current sensor to sense current of the motor, and an electronic control unit to judge the braking force of the brakes based on the current of the motor, and to control driving of the motor based on the braking force. The electronic parking brake system senses the tension of the parking cable using the small-sized current sensor, thereby easily obtaining a space in which the current sensor is installed and thus reducing a product size of the electronic parking brake system. Further, the electronic parking brake system senses the tension of the parking cable using the inexpensive current sensor, thereby reducing manufacturing costs of the electronic parking brake system and reducing costs of an electronic parking brake system product and a vehicle provided with the same.
