摘要： Embodiments provide physiological measurement systems, devices and methods for continuous health and fitness monitoring. A wearable strap may detect reflected light from a user's skin, where data corresponding to the reflected light is used to automatically and continually determine a heart rate of the user. The wearable strap may monitor heart rate data including heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep quality. The systems may include a processing module that generates an indicator of physical recovery based on the heart rate data. The recovery indicator may be used to determine strain related to an exercise routine, qualitative information on the user's health, whether to alter a user's exercise plan, and so forth.

摘要： Embodiments provide physiological measurement systems, devices and methods for continuous health and fitness monitoring. A wearable strap may automatically and continually sense and collect data corresponding to the heart rate of a user, which may then be used to determine cardiovascular intensity experienced by the user. Specifically, the heart rate data may be transformed into a time series of heart rate reserve data which is then weighted according to a weighting scheme. The weighted heart rate reserve data may be the basis for programmatically generating an indicator of cardiovascular intensity experienced by the user, which is displayed for a user on the user interface of a display device.

The trunk area dimension measurement unit has a frame shape that can be disposed surrounding the measurement subject's trunk area, and includes a base portion whose position relative to the trunk area does not change in a state where the trunk area dimension measurement unit is disposed surrounding the trunk area, and a mobile portion that is attached in a movable state to the base portion and whose position relative to the trunk area can change in a state where the trunk area dimension measurement unit is disposed surrounding the trunk area. The trunk area dimension detection unit includes at least a non-contact range sensor provided in the mobile portion.
