摘要： The invention comprises solar panel modules with a central air passage, which allows air to flow through the modules, potentially powering wind turbines. The modules can be used as roofing material, and can easily replace existing roofing material. Embodiments of the modules can interlock easily, for strength and compactness. Embodiments of the modules can include one solar panel, or two solar panels, one below the other, and each optimized for certain light wavelengths. Embodiments allow the modules to connect easily to the underlying wiring system of a building. The owner of the modules can sell power back to an electrical grid, if enough power is produced. Other variations of the invention include an array of such panels mounted upon a roof or other structure. LED lights, batteries, and insulation in a compact configuration can be part of the invention.

摘要： A system for removing snow from a rooftop comprising a plurality of interconnected pipes installed on the rooftop configured to provide a fluidic path to carry heat transfer fluid. The plurality of interconnected pipes forms a framework over the rooftop. A roof cover is attached to the interconnected pipes to cover the rooftop. The heat exchange pump circulates the heat transfer fluid through the interconnected pipes to maintain the temperature of the rooftop cover above the freezing temperature for the snow to melt and slide down from the roof. A solar panel charges a rechargeable battery which is configured to supply power to a heater configured to heat the heat transfer fluid. A controller controls the heater and heat exchange pump to supply the heat transfer fluid to the interconnected pipes to heat the roof cover. The roof cover is a combination of fiber added thermally conductive plastic material and plastic polymer.

摘要： Disclosed is a combined energy supply system of wind, photovoltaic, solar thermal power and medium-based heat storage, capable of storing the energy which would have been “abandoned wind” and “abandoned light” temporarily in the form of heat by medium-based energy storage. Heat is released during peaks in the power grid to generate power, which serves the function of adjusting the peaks in the power grid. With the medium-based energy storage, unstable photovoltaic electric energy can be converted into stable heat energy output when a relatively large fluctuation occurs in wind and photovoltaic power generation, and therefore the stable supply of energy sources can be guaranteed efficiently. Furthermore, a second heater can also be used for heating the low-temperature media outputted by a first medium tank (100), or a third heater is used for heating water in a heat exchanger (500), and therefore the energy storage of the medium or the heating efficiency of the heat exchanger is improved.

摘要： A vertical-axis wind turbine apparatus is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides a substantially vertically-oriented main shaft. A blade assembly is coaxially aligned with and rotatably engaged about the main shaft. The blade assembly provides an at least one blade radially projecting therefrom. A housing is rotatably engaged with the main shaft and configured for selectively encompassing the blade assembly. A first screen is integral with the housing and configured for shielding a return portion of the blade assembly. A second screen is rotatably engaged with the housing and configured for selectively moving between a retracted position, wherein the second screen is positioned substantially adjacent to the first screen such that a catch portion of the blade assembly is exposed, and a deployed position, wherein the second screen is rotated away from the first screen for at least partially shielding the catch portion from the wind.

摘要： A wind turbine includes a turbine housing, a turbine wheel system housed in the turbine housing, and a wind power converting system for converting kinetic energy generated by the turbine wheel system into electrical energy. The turbine wheel system includes a turbine rotor being driven to rotate circumferentially around an interior of the turbine housing, and a rail frame guiding a rotational movement of a turbine rotor. The wind turbine not only allows airflow to move across and through the turbine wheel system but also allows airflow to be directed and exhausted to maximize and control energy generation. The wind turbine is able to efficiently convert wind power to electrical power via a turbine wheel system which allows for the load generated to be distributed across the circumference of the turbine wheel system instead of localized in the center as the traditional wind turbine.
