The cap is provided with a light-emitting module mounting portion projecting in the direction of irradiation of the light beam and the light-emitting module is mounted on the light-emitting module mounting portion. The lighting circuit is accommodated in the housing.

The illumination device includes a body formed of a thermally-conductive material that includes a planar heat transfer surface and a fastener that is compatible with a base that couples the body to the light fixture. A substrate formed, at least in part from a dielectric material supports an array of light emitting diodes and a plurality of contacts electrically connected to the light emitting diodes. A thermally-conductive planar surface is provided to the dielectric material of the substrate to be placed in thermal communication with the heat transfer surface and conduct heat generated by the light emitting diodes to the body.

The light emitting panel assembly includes a frame, and a light emitting diode (LED) panel that is substantially flat and disposed within the frame and that includes an array of LEDs. The power circuit module includes a power circuit; a source electrical connector that electrically couples the power circuit to a power supply external to the light fixture; and a driver electrical connector that electrically couples the power circuit to the array of LEDs. The source electrical connector and driver electrical connector may be configured to be disconnected as the power circuit module is detached and separated from the light emitting panel assembly.

摘要： An LED lamp heat dissipation structure includes a drive circuit installed on a lamp holder. A housing is fitted on an insulation inner sleeve to form a first air flow gap therebetween. Both the insulation inner sleeve and the housing are installed on the lamp holder. The housing is provided thereon with an air vent. An aluminum substrate is installed on the housing. A second air flow gap is formed between the aluminum substrate and the insulation inner sleeve. A LED lamp plate is installed on the aluminum substrate. A lamp cover covers the LED lamp plate. An air flow through hole is formed from the surface of the lamp cover to the aluminum substrate. The air flow through hole is in communication with the air flow gaps. The present invention has a very good heat dissipation effect and prolongs the service life of the entire lamp.

The pan housing is defined by a base and two angled side walls. End caps are attached to the side walls. End reflectors extend at an angle away from the end caps and attach to the base. The end caps, the end reflectors, and the base define compartments at both ends of the housing in which components can be housed. A light board is attached to the base using alignment holes in the base and cutout portions of the end reflectors. The multifunctional end reflectors retain elements within the compartments, provide added structural stability to the pan, aid in aligning a light board, and they reflect light that impinges on them toward the open end of the fixture.

In various embodiments, an LED multi-socket may be used to power multiple LEDs. The multi-socket may include two or more socket arms to effectively distribute light and dissipate heat. In some embodiments, the multi-socket is configurable to allow deployment of additional socket arms and corresponding LEDs to adjust maximum light output. In some embodiments, the multi-socket arms are repositionable to allow flexible positioning of LEDs to improve light distribution and to avoid thermal build-up.
