摘要： A method includes transmitting, by a user device, an encrypted user profile to a locking device, the encrypted user profile including a user key and encrypted by a server using a lock key; decrypting, by the locking device, the encrypted user profile using the lock key to generate a decrypted user profile and obtain the user key from the decrypted user profile; generating, by the user device, an encrypted firmware update command, the encrypted firmware update command encrypted using the user key of the user profile; transmitting, by the user device, the encrypted firmware update command to the locking device; decrypting, by the locking device, the encrypted firmware update command using the user key to generate a decrypted firmware update command; and installing, by the locking device, a firmware update in accordance with the decrypted firmware update command in response to successfully decrypting the encrypted firmware update command.

摘要： A system for monitoring a lockout condition of a component includes a padlock and a lockout device. The padlock incudes a lock body and a shackle assembled with the lock body and manually moveable between a locked position secured with the lock body and an unlocked position separable from the lock body. The padlock includes a first communication module configured to wirelessly communicate a first data signal including a first identification code identifying the padlock. The lockout device includes an apertured member defining at least a first lock aperture and being moveable between a lockout condition blocking operation of the component and an access condition permitting operation of the component. A second communication module is provided with one of the lockout device and the component and configured to wirelessly communicate a second data signal including a second identification code identifying one of the lockout device and the component.

摘要： In a method of monitoring lockout procedures, a first lockout device is secured with a first component in a lockout condition to block operation of the first component, and a corresponding first data signal is received, with the first data signal including at least a first identification code corresponding to the first lockout device. A second lockout device is secured with a second component in a lockout condition to block operation of the second component, and a corresponding second data signal is received, with the second data signal including at least a second identification code corresponding to the second lockout device. The first and second data signals are monitored to determine an order in which the first and second lockout devices have been locked out, which is compared with a predefined lockout procedure. An alert is provided if the order is inconsistent with the predefined lockout procedure.

Authentication includes transmitting a request to a locking device, transmitting a security challenge to the mobile device, and transmitting a response to the challenge and an encrypted user profile for the locking device. The response includes data generated with an access key that is stored by both the mobile device and the locking device, and the user profile is encrypted by a server using a secret key that is stored by the server and the locking device. Authentication further includes verifying the response to the challenge, where the response is verified using the access key, and validating additional data from the mobile device. An action of the locking device may be initiated as specified by the request.

The access door includes a hinge portion connected with a first side wall of the housing and is pivotable about the hinge portion between closed and open positions. When the access door is in the closed position, the hinge portion of the access door is slideable for sliding movement of the access door between a latching position in which a first latch portion of the access door engages a corresponding second latch portion of the housing to secure the access door in the closed position, and a release position in which the first interlock portion disengages from the second interlock portion to permit pivoting movement of the access door from the closed position to the open position. The access door further comprises at least one locking feature configured to secure the closed access door in the latching position.
