    • A heat blanket for building enclosures with large glazing areas, such as greenhouses and other solar-oriented buildings comprises a night time/inclement daytime blanket consisting of series of tube stacks, each tube in a stack being inflatable so that the inflation of tubes within the stacks and in turn within the series of stacks, causes the tube stacks to spread themselves to cover a large area and, in turn, deflation allows a ready compression of the stacks to a storage region. Generally, inflation and deflation involves movement of the stacks horizontally to provide an insulating roof. After inflation, the tubes are sealed and each stack provides a substantial inflating value of closed tubes, specific values being adjustable by adding one tube to a stack. The inflation value can be supplemented by making the space between tubes (from stack to stack and within stacks) a closed space as well, by selective use of reflection techniques and other adjustments.

    • A structural design of a tent for camping, particularly an inflatable amphibious tent which consists of a tent case, a guard tent and an air mattress connected with the internal base of the tent case. The tent case and air mattress each have a few valve holes for rapid inflation so that the tent can be erected on the land or on the water, and it is not necessary to construct supports. Since the base is an air mattress, the tent when used on land can be free of the discomfort resulting from accumulated water on rainy days and of the trouble of digging a ditch. The interior of the surface layer inner and outer annular edges of the upper annular surface and the outer annular edge of the lower annular surface of the air mattress respectively, wrap a cord or bead chain which winds about and crosses the air column of tent case so as to make structure of the tent case as a whole very firm, and to keep same balanced and stable while floating on the water. Therefore, this tent for camping will never become distorted or deformed.

    • An insulating and weatherproof protective cover adapted to protect and insulate a mobile home has an outer layer of waterproof material and an inner layer preferably of foam-type insulating material bonded to the outer layer for enclosing the roof and side walls of a mobile home. Openings are cut in the sides to permit the opening and closing of windows and doors. Transparent coverings may be provided which roll up and away from the window openings. Door panels may be provided and hinged from the sides of the mobile home cover to insulate the door. Tie-downs are provided along the lower edge of the cover and may be used to secure the cover to the undercarriage of the mobile home or its supporting pad.

    • A pedestal house with a cantilevered crossed truss construction forming the floor and wall supporting structure thereof has several pairs of crossed horizontally disposed truss members, each truss member has vertically spaced top and bottom cord members and interconnecting web members, one of each pair of truss members being of a greater height than the other so that one truss member of each pair passes through an opening in the other at right angles thereto.
