摘要： An image of a subject or a patient is displayed on a computing device. A body map overlay is displayed over the image. The body map comprises a plurality of body regions. Tapping a selected body region captures the image displayed and automatically tags the captured image with information regarding the body region that was captured. The image can subsequently be sent to a central database where a plurality of such images can be stored and later retrieved. The images can be indexed by body region or other parameters such as time, date, location, etc. The mobile application can also be used to access the database and show the images which may be ordered by body region or the other parameters.

Physiological measures comprising data either recorded on a regular basis by a medical device or derived therefrom is stored. Qualitative measures associated with the physiological measures are matched. Indications of myocardial ischemia are remotely identified. The qualitative measures for both of a reduction in exercise capacity and respiratory distress occurring contemporaneously are examined. The qualitative measures for angina that accompanies the reduction in exercise capacity and the respiratory distress are evaluated. A time course for each of the indications is determined. A patient status is formed comprising an onset of myocardial ischemia conditioned on the time course comprising a short duration.

The system provides alerts and/or recommendations based on the application of the rules to the information being monitored, and alerts care givers accordingly, providing for dynamic adjustment of the patient's therapy. The system also monitors the status of the alerts, and if no action is taken in a selected period of time, may escalate the priority of the alert and/or halt the delivery of medication to the patient until the alert is resolved.
