    • An apparatus for purifying and humidifying air which enables separate supply of purified air and humidified air and controls the amount of humidified air discharged and which includes dual flow paths to increase the efficiency of air transfer. The apparatus includes a case having a suction port through which external air is introduced thereinto and a discharge port through which the introduced air is discharged, a circulation fan for causing the introduced air to flow toward the discharge port, a filter unit disposed in the case to filter the introduced air, a humidification unit disposed at a low position in the case to supply the air passed through the filter unit with moisture, and a flow path control unit disposed between the suction port and the humidification unit to control flow of the air passed through the filter unit.

    • A child transport air filtering system comprising: a child transport device; an air filtering device removeably coupled to the child transport device; a power supply removeably coupled to the child transport device, and removeably coupled to the air filtering device. An air filtering system comprising: an air filtering device housing, with a front side, a rear side, and a strap side; a plurality of air filtering device straps attached to the strap side; a plurality of inlet vents located in the rear side; an air filter located in the air filtering device housing adjacent to the inlet vents; a fan located in the air filtering device housing adjacent to the air filter; a plurality of adjustably louvered vents located in the front side; a fan motor located in the air filter housing and in communication with the fan; a control knob located on the front side and in communication with the fan motor; a power supply connector located generally outside of the air filtering device housing and in communication with the fan motor; a power supply with a plurality of power supply straps and connectable with the power supply connector; where the power supply is configured to removeably attach to a child transport device; and where the air filter device is configured to removeably attach to a child transport device such that the plurality of adjustably louvered vents is able to direct filtered air towards a child located in the child transport device.

    • An air cleaner including an improved airflow path is provided according to the invention. The air cleaner includes a duct extending between an air inlet of the air cleaner and an air outlet, with the duct being configured to conduct an airflow. The duct includes a shaped input region located downstream of one or more air cleaning components and upstream of an impeller, a curved transition region downstream of the shaped input region, with the curved transition region transitioning the airflow from an air inlet orientation to an air outlet orientation, and an expansion output region downstream of the curved transition region, with the expansion output region allowing the airflow to expand. The air cleaner further includes the impeller located in the curved transition region of the air duct. The airflow is smoothly conducted from the air inlet to the air outlet by the duct.

    • This system comprises an air-ventilating and cleaning element positioned with a housing. The housing contains multiple vents in the housing walls. The vents serve as channels that enable air to flow into and out of the air-ventilating device. The air-ventilating and cleaning element can vary and can range from a simple air ventilator to and an air purifier. The cleaning element can contain a filter element to further facilitate cleaning of the air. The cleaning element can be positioned in the housing on a track or pin to allow for movement of the cleaning element within the housing. Movement of the cleaning element may be desired in order to more efficiently clean air channeled through the device. Because of the ability to move the cleaning element, air flow through the device can be adjusted depending on a particular cleaning application.

    • An air cleaning apparatus includes an air cleaning unit at its upper and lower portions thereof which are independently operated to effectively and uniformly clean room air in a short period of time. The air cleaning apparatus includes a cabinet provided with first and second air cleaning units. The first and second air cleaning units are connected to each other, and are provided with a blowing unit and a filtering unit. First and second sensors are provided on the cabinet in such a way as to be spaced apart from each other, and to sense air pollution levels at opposite sides of a room. The air cleaning apparatus also includes a control unit. The control unit controls the first and second air cleaning units so that both the first and second air cleaning units are operated or either of the first and second air cleaning units is operated, according to data obtained from first and second sensors.
