摘要： A process to fabricate a fin for a heat sink includes creating an array of micro diameter holes on a substrate, and then coupling the substrate to a mold. The mold includes angular dimples such that one or more of the micro diameter holes on the substrate come into contact with the angular dimples in the mold, thereby forming an angle between the micro diameter holes and a surface of the substrate. The process further includes placing the substrate onto a plate. The plate includes micro air channels such that the micro air channels are in communication with the micro diameter holes. In another embodiment, two pieces of substrate, each with micro diameter holes and embossed micro air channels are coupled together to form a fin.

摘要： A shifting device for a transmission of a motor vehicle has an actuation lever (1) which can be selectively transferred into (a) a first selector gate, more particularly an automatic selector gate, in which the lever is mechanically coupled to a transmitting component (2) for actuating a gearshift cable or a gearshift linkage, or (b) a second selector gate, more particularly a sequential selector gate, in which the lever is decoupled from the transmitting component, the transmitting component being movably mounted, more particularly pivotably mounted. A locking means (11) can immobilize the transmitting component such that no force is exerted on the gearshift cable or the gearshift linkage as long as the actuation lever has been transferred into the second selector gate. The transmitting component may be released by a transfer of the actuation lever into the first selector gate.

Disclosed are sodium and potassium salts of 7-(α-((N,N′-diisopropylamidino)thio)acetylamino)-3-(((1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-2-methyl-5,6-diox o-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)thio)methyl) cephalosporanic acid as presented by the general structure (I), their preparation, and their use. The antibiotics of the invention can be used to treat diseases caused by Gram-positive or Gram-negative bacteria such as septicaemia, gastrointestinal tract infection, and urinary tract infection. They have increased half-life in blood and lowered toxicity. They can reduce the frequency of drug use and lower medical treatment costs. They have improved stability and can be stored at ambient temperatures. The method of the invention is simple, and it produces high purity products which can meet the requirements of clinical use.

摘要： Disclosed is a medical oxygen mixing valve comprising a valve body, a valve cap, a spring, spool assembly, dial assembly and knob assembly. An axial hole is set inside the valve body. The spool components capable of sliding in an axial direction along the wall of the hole are set in the hole. An air input hole, oxygen input hole and gas mixture output hole which are in communication with the hole are set in the radial direction of the valve body. The knob components are used for adjusting the position of the spool components in the hole set in the axial direction of the valve body to adjust the sizes of the air input hole and oxygen input hole blocked by the spool components, thereby adjusting the output of the oxygen concentration. The oxygen mixing valve has the advantages of a simple structure, and easy machining, installation and debugging.
