This three-dimensional image display apparatus comprises a rotation body for rotating the two-dimensional display panel while fixing and supporting, a support body for ratably supporting the rotation body, compression means mounted on the support body for compressing image data to display the two-dimensional image on the two-dimensional display panel, transmission means mounted on the support body for transmitting the compressed image data to the rotation body side, reception means mounted on the rotation body for receiving the transmitted compression image data, and expansion means mounted on the rotation body for expanding the received compression image data so as to restore an original image data.

If a content-purchasing request is transmitted from a user device to a shop server, a charging process is performed.
