    • The invention provides an electronic device configured to prevent or reduce electrostatic discharge from causing a pixel to malfunction. An electronic device manufactured according to the principles of the invention may include multiple conductive layers that cross but do not contact each other, wherein at least one of the conductive layers includes a width change part having a width that changes in a length direction of the at least one of the conductive layers, and a tab connected to at least one of the conductive layers at a region thereof that does not cross a neighboring conductive layer. Alternatively, the width change part may have a width that continuously varies along a length of the at least one conductive layer and may also have obtuse corner edges. The invention also provides a flat organic electroluminescent display (OELD) or LCD display device that includes such an electronic device.

    • A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display device and the organic light emitting display device which reduces generation of dark spots by particles are disclosed. The method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display device includes: preparing for a substrate including a pixel circuit; forming a pixel electrode layer on the substrate, the pixel electrode layer including a reflection film and being electrically connected to the pixel circuit; coating photoresist on the pixel electrode layer; exposing and developing the photoresist using a predetermined pattern to expose a portion of the pixel electrode layer; etching the exposed portion of the pixel electrode layer to form a pixel electrode electrically connected to the pixel circuit; covering the substrate and the photoresist remaining on the pixel electrode with an insulation film; patterning the insulation film to expose the photoresist remaining on the pixel electrode; removing the exposed photoresist to expose the pixel electrode; and sequentially forming an organic light emitting layer and a facing electrode on the pixel electrode.

    • Provided is an OLED display in which one surface is used as a display and the other surface is used as a mirror by forming a reflective layer to a predetermined thickness on a non-emission surface. A top-emitting OLED display includes a reflective pixel electrode and a transparent opposite electrode. A bottom-emitting OLED display includes a transparent pixel electrode and a reflective opposite electrode. The reflective layer may be a metal layer having a reflectivity of approximately 70% or more, and may be formed of at least one material selected from the group consisting of Cr-based, Al-based, Ag-based, Sn-based, Mo-based, Fe-based, Pt-based, and Hg-based metals. The reflective layer may have a thickness of about 100 Å or more.
