    • A channel estimation apparatus includes a de-map circuit to map multiple preambles corresponding to multiple channels into real part (I) and imaginary part (Q) in QPSK coordinate. The costas channel estimation circuit receives the real part (I) and the imaginary part (Q) to operate corresponding to one of the BPSK structure and the QPSK structure to proceed calculation of (Q−I)*Sign (I+Q) or Q*Sign (I)−I*Sign (Q) for outputting an output value, wherein Sign(x) represents a sign circuit taking a sign of the x value. The loop filter circuit filters the output value under time domain. The smooth circuit receives the output of the loop filter circuit to perform smooth processing under frequency domain and then feeds back the same to the de-map circuit to continue channel estimation of a next loop, wherein the phases of the preambles are adjusted according to a direction of the output value approaching to zero.

    • An OFDM receiver receives OFDM symbols in the frequency domain and comb filters and then punctures the OFDM symbols to leave symbols with actual pilot information and with null values at the data symbols. The receiver provides the punctured OFDM symbols to an OFDM symbol queue. A virtual pilot interpolator is coupled to the punctured OFDM symbol storage to generate virtual pilot information introduced to OFDM symbols. The interpolator may be a two dimensional Wiener filter. The receiver also includes a time domain channel estimator that processes a first OFDM symbol including virtual pilot information to generate a channel impulse response for the first OFDM symbol. A frequency equalizer equalizes the OFDM symbol in response to the channel impulse response for the first OFDM symbol.

    • The present invention provides a data receiving method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving a data signal delivered by a base station, where the data signal includes at least two encoded data block groups, and each encoded data block group includes at least one encoded data block; decoding the data signal, and acquiring decoded data blocks obtained by decoding the encoded data blocks; and separately performing CRC detection on each decoded data block, and determining, according to a CRC, obtained through detection, of each decoded data block, whether to execute an SIC operation, and if it is determined to execute an SIC operation, executing CRC detection again on the decoded data block on which an SIC operation is performed, until a same CRC result occurs or all CRCs are zero.
