    • In a protection circuit of an input/output terminal I/O, three types of PNP bipolar transistors are included. In a first PNP type bipolar transistor 10A, the emitter thereof is connected to the input/output terminal I/O, the base thereof is connected to a high-potential power supply terminal VDD, and the collector thereof is connected to a low-potential power supply terminal VSS.     • The electric-powered air release valve comprises a nozzle provided to an end part of an air channel in a bobbin; a fixed iron core that is disposed in the bobbin and aligned with the nozzle; an excitation coil for magnetizing the fixed iron core when electrical power is applied: a movable iron plate that moves toward the nozzle from an initial position according to a magnetic attraction force when the fixed iron core is magnetized; a leaf spring for urging the movable iron plate into the initial position; a rubber valve provided to the movable iron plate, for adjusting an opening amount of the nozzle; and a yoke, with distal end parts disposed on both sides of the movable iron plate so as to face with each other through a magnetic gap; wherein a circular hole capable of accommodating a circular column part at one end of the fixed iron core when the movable iron plate is moved toward the nozzle is formed in the movable iron plate; and a magnetic gap is maintained between an internal periphery of the circular hole and an external periphery of the circular column part at one end of the fixed iron core.
