摘要： Described are a system, method, and computer program product for real-time payment gateway event monitoring. The method includes receiving input data from a merchant system including an application URL associated with a merchant control interface having a web socket programmed and/or configured to persistently listen for HTTP POST messages, and an event of a payment gateway system. The method also includes monitoring ongoing events of the payment gateway system associated with ongoing transaction messages communicated from point-of-sale (POS) devices to the payment gateway system and detecting the event in the ongoing events. The method further includes, in response to detection of the event, generating a HTTP POST message including event data of the event, and communicating the HTTP POST message to the application URL to cause the merchant control interface to display the event data in a chart for visual representation of the event data.

摘要： Methods and systems for secure media processing may be used to execute and certify a digital media asset by verifying that the digital media asset is authentic and has not been altered since capture. In some cases, these secure media processing techniques may be used in the mobile certification and execution application and a corresponding server system. The mobile application and the corresponding server system may automatically generate finalized documents upon receiving certified digital media and the corresponding metadata from the users. The digital media and other information from the users may be received while the user is in communication with other users. A biometric and artificial intelligent feature recognition system may be utilized to receive biometric data and verify identity. Data transferred to a secure server are accessible by various parties involved in the certification and execution process to provide transparency.

摘要： An item return transaction for an item is identified at a transaction terminal. The item is authenticated using multiple factors at least some of which are independent of item code identification for the item. A fraud score is calculated based on the multiple factors, item code identification, and data that is specific to a customer associated with the transaction, specific to the item, specific to a store associated with the transaction terminal, and specific to a retailer associated with the store. The fraud score and a customer-return grade for the customer are processed to determine whether the transaction can complete at the terminal without assistance or whether the transaction is to be held in abeyance for an audit (onsite audit or remote network-based audit). In an embodiment, the t terminal is a Self-Service Terminal (SST) and the transaction is a self-item return transaction conducted by a customer at the terminal.

摘要： A communication system personality provisioning system includes a communication system included in a computing system and coupled to a management system. The communication system stores authentication information in a UEFI database of a UEFI system in the communication system. The communication system receives a first operating software image and application/service from the management system, authenticates the first operating software image and application/service via first secure initialization operations performed by the UEFI system using the authentication information and, in response, installs the first operating software image and application/service on the communication system. The communication system subsequently receives a second operating software image and application/service from the management system, authenticates the second operating software image and application/service via second secure initialization operations performed by the UEFI system using the authentication information and, in response, installs the second operating software image and application/service on the communication system.
