摘要： A system that projects a specifically filtered Heads-Up Display or some other form of display or illuminating device created reticle onto one of the specifically coated focal points of an observational device or riflescope. The reticle producing Heads-Up Display is filtered with a thin film coating limiting the spectral emission of the display to the transmission specification of the coating. A second coating with a reflectivity corresponding to the filter coating's transmission is placed on the focal plane upon which the Heads-Up Display reticle is to be projected. The reflective coating can be placed on, but not limited to, the reticle displaying surface of the optical device is disclosed.

摘要： Rifle scope turrets with spiral cam mechanisms include a scope body, a movable optical element defining an optical axis enclosed by the scope body, and a turret having a screw operably connected to the optical element for adjusting the optical axis in response to rotation of the screw. The turret has a spiral cam mechanism engaged thereto. The turret defines first and second stop surfaces positioned for engagement by the spiral cam to limit rotation of the turn The first stop surface defines a zero position of the screw and the movable optical element. The second stop surface defines a maximum point of displacement of the screw and the moveable optical element. The stop surfaces may be defined by a spiral cam groove in the indexing portion of the turret. The groove may overlap itself at least partially. The turret may be an elevation turret or a windage turret.

摘要： A network of scopes, including one or more lead scopes and one or more follower scopes, is provided to allow the respective scopes to track the same presumed target. A lead scope locates a target and communicates target position data of the presumed target to the follower scope. The follower scope uses the target position data and its own position data to generate electronic control signals for use by follower scope to make position movements so as to re-position the follower scope from its current target position to move towards the target position defined by the target position data received from the lead scope. At least the second scope is mounted to, or integrated into, a vehicle, which uses the target position data to move to a new location so as to allow the second scope to better view the target.

摘要： Sight adjustable and rotating smart phone mounts for firearms which mount the smart phone and lens on the rail of the firearm behind the sights. The phone mounts rotate, and are vertically and laterally adjustable, and include mirror assemblies. The smart phone and mirror assemblies are secured in precise positions to be in alignment with one another, and the mirror assemblies remain in axial viewing alignment with the firearm sights, and reflect the view to the smart phone camera lens, as the mount is rotated through 180° from side-to-side of the firearm. A shooter views an enlarged target area on the smart phone screen, and most importantly, can view and record the target area from the either side of the firearm standing perpendicular to the firearm rail and barrel. In such position, the shooters can fire around obstacles and building without becoming a target themselves and out of harms way.
