    • Disclosed is a template transfer assembly and method that features a template transfer substrate, and a template having first and second sides, with the first side facing away from the template transfer substrate and the second side facing the template transfer substrate and having mold pattern formed thereon. Polymerized imprint material is disposed between the second side and the template transfer substrate to fixedly attach the template to the template transfer substrate. The method of transferring an imprint lithography template includes dispensing a selected volume of imprinting fluid onto the template transfer substrate, placing the template upon the selected volume; and converting the imprinting fluid to solid imprint material. The selected volume of imprint material is of sufficient quantity to fixedly attach the template to the template transfer substrate while maintaining a space between the mold and the template transfer substrate.

    • The bending machine adapted for production of foamed decoration articles of doors and windows is provided with a round upper mold and a round lower mold. The former has a central through hole equipped with a retaining member. A hydraulically operated presser is placed above the round upper mold so as to permit the upper mold to move up and down and to spin. The latter has a peripheral flange on a specific section of the upper face and the lower end is equipped with a spinning transmission mechanism to drive the lower mold. At one side and at a distance from the lower mold is disposed a positioning push rod which is engaged with a pneumatically operated device driving the positioning push rod to move back and forth. At the front of the lower mold and the positioning push rod is placed a retaining mount having a housing groove. Besides, the guide groove of the positioning push rod and the housing groove of the retaining mount are parallel and lie flush with the lower mold whereby the foamed decoration articles can be processed in a ready and speedy manner to produce flat and smooth decoration articles.

    • The present invention relates to a manufacture procedure of vehicle sunshade curtain including:A. Two PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sheets in different thickness are used;B. Both sides of the interior and exterior films are electroplated;C. The interior and exterior films are glued together by a melted PE material constituting an inceptive sunshade curtain;D. The inceptive sunshade curtain is folded in two by facing the interior film inside and then curled up from the folding end; andE. The curled inceptive sunshade curtain is heated 40 minutes at about 110.degree. C. to shrink the interior and exterior films. After quick cooling down, the inceptive sunshade curtain is set to a curled finished sunshade curtain.The present invention is to simplify the vehicle sunshade curtain manufacture procedure, lower the manufacture cost, increase the production speed and enhance the sunlight reflecting feature.

A tensioning assembly including a roller (76) and a torque supply system having an air motor (84), is provided. Alternatively, a tensioning assembly including a number of short rollers (92) each powered by a torque supply system having an air motor (108); and a like number of tensioning sub-assemblies (90) each having multiple flexible belts (96) attached thereto, is provided.
