    • A liquid container has a content ejecting device fitted to the holding body, and a fall-prevention element provided on the content ejecting device, which has a cap depressable for the content to be ejected. The ejecting device includes a connecting member, the cap and a straw combination. The connecting member has an annular protrusion on a tube stub sticking up from the main surface, and is secured to the holding body. The cap is movably mounted onto the tube stub, and has annular protrusions on the inner side. The straw combination communicates with the cap and is received in the holding body from the lower portion as to eject the content via the cap when the cap is depressed. The annular protrusion of the tube stub will come into contact with the annular protrusions of the cap to prevent the holding body from falling down when the container is lifted from the cap.

    • The present application relates to a dispenser comprising a container having a variable volume interior on which an airless pump flow is fitted. A composition is arranged inside the container and formed from at least two phases which are mutually immiscible and have differing densities. The difference in densities allows the phases to separate within the container. The dispenser is configured to selectively dispense either one of the phases of the composition individually or a mixture of at least two of the phases at the same time. The invention also relates to the use of a dispenser of this type for the dispensing of a composition in a variable ratio of concentrations of the phases constituting the composition.

    • A hand pump includes a body member having lower and upper ends, a cavity formed between the ends and an inlet opening that fluidly connects the cavity with a fluid reservoir. A piston assembly is slidably mounted in the cavity and includes a plunger tube slidably extending through a hole in the body member and a piston secured against axial movement on the plunger tube. A first gravity-operated check valve disposed in the cavity below the piston assembly blocks the inlet openings. When the check valve is closed, fluid cannot flow between the cavity and the reservoir. However, when the first check valve is open, fluid can flow between the reservoir and the cavity. A second gravity-operated check valve is associated with the outlet end of the plunger tube. When the second check valve is open, fluid can be discharged from the cavity through the plunger tube. However, when the second check valve is closed, fluid cannot be discharged from the cavity through the plunger tube. A spring yieldingly biases the piston assembly toward the upper end of the body member and, in conjunction with the check valves, automatically primes the pump.

    • An attaching ring or fixing ring is provided for attaching or fixing a dispenser member to a neck of a receptacle containing a substance to be dispensed. The ring is annular and has a bottom portion and a top portion. In a preferred embodiment, the bottom portion includes snap-fastening tabs for fixing the ring to the neck. The top portion includes an opening for the dispenser and a surrounding structure for securing the dispenser member to the neck. The top portion further includes at least one guide wall element extending parallel to the longitudinal axis of the dispenser member and around the periphery of the fixing ring substantially in line with the snap-fastening tabs. A hoop can be provided for preventing the tabs from splaying apart. The hoop can include an internal projection, such as a vertical rib or a thread.
