摘要： A panoramic photography digital camera for easily photographing a plurality of images having different orientations without any vignetting in order to generate a panoramic image and to provide a photography system using the panoramic photography digital camera are provided. A panoramic photography digital camera includes: a wide-angle lens having an angle of view at least larger than 180 degrees; a camera body disposed closer to a rear side than the wide-angle lens and positioned at a position that does not fall within the angle of view; a digital imaging element included in the camera body; an image processor that processes image data obtained by the digital imaging element and outputs or stores the image data in a predetermined image format; a level for checking the level of the camera body; and a first connector for connection to a legged platform used when mounting the camera during photographing. A nodal point of the wide-angle lens is positioned on the center of rotation during photographing of panoramic images, and the level provided on an upper surface of the camera body and the first connector provided on a lower surface of the camera body are disposed so as to be positioned on the same line that passes through the center of rotation when seen from above.

The set of image projectors include a radial array of image projectors mounted on the motion platform that project a corresponding series of images via at least one mirror attached to the motion platform onto a convex portion of the toroidal constant vertical resolution surface, and at least one image projector that projects an image on the top surface screen.

摘要： A mobile device-mountable camera apparatus includes a panoramic camera system and a cable-free mounting arrangement. The panoramic camera system includes a panoramic lens assembly and a sensor. The lens assembly provides a vertical field of view in a range of greater than 180° to 360°. The sensor is positioned in image-receiving relation to the lens assembly and is operable to produce image data based on an image received through the lens assembly. The mounting arrangement is configured to removably secure the panoramic camera system to an externally-accessible data port of a mobile computing device to facilitate transfer of the image data to processing circuitry of the mobile device. The mobile device's processing circuitry may produce a video image from the image data and display of the video image may be manipulated based on a change of orientation of the mobile device and/or a touch action of the device user.

摘要： A mask region extraction unit extracts a region that is to be masked in a panoramic image. A mask processing unit generates the object image where the region to be masked in the panoramic image is masked. A positioning unit adjusts the direction of a spherical image to the shooting direction of the object image. A mapping processing unit maps the mask-processed object image and the spherical image onto a three-dimensional (3D) object space as textures. A 3D image generator generates a 3D panoramic image, when the 3D panoramic image is viewed in a specified line of sight in such a manner so as to regard the shooting location of the panoramic as a viewpoint position.
