    • A cell culturing method employing biomechanical stimulation loading and a system for applying, in in vitro culture, stimulation similar to vertical weight load stimulation or sideward shear stress stimulation acting on tissues in an aboveground living body as repeated biomechanical stimulation to culture cells, culture tissues or a construct including the culture cells. The system includes a mechanical stimulation loading device and a culture receptacle that are placed in a carbon dioxide incubator, and a control computer. The device includes a weight loading piston, a piston raising and lowering stage supporting piston to allow vertical movement of a piston within a designated range, and a stage lifting and lowering mechanism for vertically moving the stage. A computer drives the mechanism in a specified cycle to effect the vertical movement of the stage. When the stage is lowered, a culture in the receptacle is weighted with the piston.

    • A container transportation case is used to carry in/out a culture container to/from a chamber of a culture treating device. A case body of the container transportation case has a container housing room in which the culture container can be arranged and the container housing room is in communication with the outside by an opening part. A joint unit of the container transportation case can be attached/removed to/from a carrying-in/out opening of the culture treating device, and forms a space that is isolated from an outside atmosphere by joining the container housing room and the carrying-in/out opening. An airtight member of the container transportation case closes the opening part to block the container housing room from the outside atmosphere.

    • An imaging section of a microscope apparatus captures a plurality of microscope images each having the focal position which differs in the field being same with a light flux having passed through a microscopic optical system. A region separating section separates a cellular region from a non-cellular region by using the plurality of the microscope images. A focusing position calculating section finds a focusing position in a target pixel included in the cellular region based on a brightness change in the position being same in the plurality of the microscope images. A three dimensional information generating section generates three dimensional information of a cultured cell based on a position of the cellular region and the focusing position in the target pixel.

    • An entry of air from the outside of an incubator into an incubation room is prevented. The incubator comprises an adiabatic box main body having an opening on a front face thereof, an adiabatic door mounted to the adiabatic box main body to be opened/closed, a transparent inner door which closes the opening to be opened, and a storeroom surrounded with the inner door and the adiabatic box main body to incubate samples such as cells or microbes. The adiabatic box main body comprises a metal outer box, a metal inner box, a heat insulating material arranged in the outer box between the outer box and the inner box, and an air layer arranged more inside than the heat insulating material. Pressure of the storeroom is set higher than that of an outside space of the incubator.
