摘要： A dual-ovenable tray useful for supporting a food product. The tray comprises a sheet having first and second layers comprising one or more polyamides. The first layer of the sheet forms the tray inside surface. Where the first layer has a melting point, the second layer has a melting point of at least about 210° C. and at least 20° C. greater than the melting point of the first layer. Where the first layer has a glass transition temperature of less than about 120° C. measured at a 50% relative humidity, the second layer has a melting point of at least about 210° C.

The base has a base surface free of hinge lines between the first base portion and the second base portion. A sidewall surrounds at least a portion of the base and extends generally upward from the base with a non-uniform height to define a compartment. A rim having a first rim portion and an opposing second rim portion is disposed proximate the top edge of the sidewall. At least one transition region is formed in the sidewall to allow the first base portion to pivot between an open position and a closed position. When in the open position, the container defines a plate. When in the closed position, the first base portion defines at least a portion of a cover relative to the second base portion. A packaged product is also provided, including a foldable container and a cover member removably attached to the rim of the foldable container in the open position to contain a product therein.

摘要： A tray configured to contain a food product is described. The bottom surface of the tray includes a flow restricting element which restricts the flow of the food product in the tray. The flow restricting element may include one or more elongated ridges that protrude from the bottom surface of the tray. The flow restricting element may also include a raised pattern on the bottom surface of the tray. By restricting the flow of the food product in the tray, the flow restricting element may reduce or eliminate slippage or slumping of the food product when the tray is placed in a non-horizontal position. Also described is a packaged food product including a tray which contains a dough. The packaged food product is capable of being displayed in a non-horizontal configuration with little or no slumping of the food product.

In one exemplary embodiment, the overall internal depth of the package is less than the natural sagittal depth of the contact lens. Different single-use contact lens package shapes and configurations may be used. In some embodiments, a spring disc is included in the packages to help present the contact lens to the user when the package is opened. The contact lens packages may be adhered or clipped to a card or other carrier sheet, and may be housed in a number of different secondary packages.

摘要： An allergy testing tray assembly has an outer tray and an inner tray fitted in the outer tray. Each one piece tray is molded to have three longitudinal areas separated by two rows of spaced posts. A plurality of allergy testing needles are removably held between the adjacent posts. These syringes each have needle protective housing and a sheath that covers the needle prior to use color coded to reflect the gauge of the needle of the syringe. The plunger end of each of the syringes is capped so that each syringe is isolated from the environment. The trays are sealed by a cover sheet that may also have markings in the same color as the color of the housing and the sheath, so that a clinician can readily tell the gauge of the needle of the syringes stored in the trays, without having to remove the cover sheet. Once the tray assembly is sterilized, the sterility of the syringe are doubly protected by the sealing of the needle end and the plunger end of the syringe as well as the sealing of the trays from the environment by the cover sheet.

摘要： A disposable plate for carrying and serving food is disclosed. One particular aspect of the invention includes a plate with a substantially circular food-contact area with a substantially oval rim periphery. The rim is formed to make the plate easy to hold, with grooves adapted to accommodate fingers and/or thumbs. The present invention may be designed to segment the food storage areas of the plate into multiple compartments by using a divider wall. Also, the food-contact area can be slightly domed to force food to shift to the outer portion of the food-contact area and inhibit the food from slipping to the middle of the plate, thus keeping the plate center from sagging.
