摘要： Embodiments of the subject application include a diagnostic apparatus including one or more antennas disposed on a thorax of a living body to direct radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic waves through tissue and output signals responsively to the waves that have passed through the tissue. The apparatus may also include processing circuitry configured to process the signals over time so as to measure one or more RF path characteristics of the RF electromagnetic waves. The RF path length may be defined by a length of time required for the RF waves to pass through the thorax to an antenna and/or pass to tissue and reflect therefrom to an antenna, based on the path characteristic to assess a fluid content of the tissue.

摘要： A flexible, durable, sanitary, adhesive-backed sheet is applied to the skin-contacting surfaces of a mammography bucky prior to commencing a mammography procedure, and is removed from the bucky once the procedure is complete, without leaving a residue behind. The sheet is made of a non-woven polymeric material that gives the sheet a fabric-like or cloth feel, and is substantially incompressible in response to forces applied during a mammography procedure. The sheet insulates the patient from the temperature differential between the patient's skin and the bucky surfaces. Additionally, the surface of the sheet is embossed with a texture, markings or raised features to enhance the fabric-like feel.

摘要： A real-time physiological signal measurement and feedback system is suitable to be worn on a body part of an user for decreasing the noise of motion, and includes a sensor module, a signal processing module and a feedback platform. The sensor module includes a first magnetic unit having a light emitting diode and a second magnetic unit having a photo-detector. The light emitting diode illuminates a light beam passing through the body part and being received by the photo-detector so as to generate an electric signal when both of the first and the second magnetic units attract mutually to sandwich the body part. The signal processing module converts the electrical signal into a digital signal. The feedback platform processes the digital signal to generate a physiological parameter, and is used as a multi-function driving recorder. An alarm is triggered or not by the feedback platform according to the physiological parameter.

The tension on the elastic material generates a force on the sensor directed towards the subject as the elastic material is stretched.
