摘要： A roller treatment process and a treatment device suitable for a total-amount steel slag treatment. The treatment process is: firstly, a slag tank (2) with the molten slag is tightly held by a slag tank tilting mechanism and moved to a slag inlet position, the slag tank (2) is tilted to pour the molten slag with good fluidity into a rotary roller device (5) through a feeding chute (51), so that a roller treatment is achieved; secondly, when the steel slag (3) without fluidity in the slag tank (2) cannot flow out, a slag removal machine (4) is used for pushing the high-viscosity slag or the solid slag into the roller device (5); and thirdly, the slag tank (2) is reversed by a large angle tilting to make the slag at the bottom of the tank drop into the roller device (5), so that the total-amount steel slag treatment of the same roller device (5) is achieved. The treatment device comprises a feeding system, the roller device (5), a particle slag conveying and storage system (7), a tail gas emission and purification system (6), a cooling water circulation system (8), a cold steel cleaning mechanism (10) and an electric control system (9); and the feeding system comprises the slag tank tilting mechanism (1), the slag tank (2), the molten slag (3) and the slag removal machine (4).

摘要： A cold-rolled steel plate (1) and a manufacturing method therefor. The chemical composition of the steel plate (1) in percentage by weight is: C 0.15-0.25%, Si 1.50-2.50%, Mn 2.00-3.00%, P≤0.02%, S≤0.01%, Al 0.03-0.06%, N≤0.01%, with the balance being Fe and impurities. The surface layer has an inner oxide layer (2) with a thickness of 1-5 μm, and there is no enrichment of Si or Mn on the surface. The steel plate (1) has good phosphating performance and formability, with a tensile strength of ≥1180 MPa and an elongation of ≥14%, and has a complex-phase structure of ferrite, martensite, and retained austenite, the content of the retained austenite being not lower than 5%. A dew point is at −25° C. to 10° C. in continuous annealing, such that external oxidation transitions to internal oxidation.

In said method, elements such as Sn and Cu remaining in steel scrap are fully utilized to smelt molten steel, and micro-alloy elements such as Cr, Ti, and Sb are selectively added; in a smelting process, basicity of slag, types and melting points of inclusions in steel, and a free oxygen content and an acid-soluble aluminum (Als) content in molten steel are controlled, a cast strip (11) is casted by means of twin-roll strip continuous casting, the cast strip (11) exits from crystallization rolls (8a, 8b) and directly enters a lower closed chamer (10) having a non-oxidizing atmosphere, then enters, in a closed condition, an on-line rolling mill (13) for hot rolling, after rolling, strip steel is cooled by means of gas atomization cooling, and finally the strip steel is wound up. The steel can be widely applied to the fields of products, such as tobacco baking apparatuses, air preheater heat exchange elements in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, and metallurgy, delivery pipe, flue, and stack manufacturing structural parts, and boiler preheater and economizer equipment, of which the use environments have requirements for sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistance performance.

摘要： A laser-scribed grain-oriented silicon steel resistant to stress-relief annealing and a manufacturing method therefor. Parallel linear grooves (20) are formed on one or both sides of grain-oriented silicon steel (10) by laser etching. The linear grooves (20) are perpendicular to, or at an angle to, the rolling direction of the steel plate. A maximum height of edge protrusions of the linear grooves (20) does not exceed 5 μm, and a maximum height of spatters in etch-free regions between adjacent linear grooves (20) does not exceed 5 μm, and the proportion of an area occupied by spatters in the vicinity of the linear grooves (20) does not exceed 5%. The steel has low manufacturing costs, and the etching effect of the finished steel is retained during a stress-relief annealing process. The steel is suitable for manufacturing of wound iron core transformers.

The tensile strength of a welding seam of the welding component after hot stamping is greater than the tensile strength of a low-strength steel base metal, and the elongation is greater than 4%, such that application requirements of the welding component in the field of automobile hot stamping are met. The present disclosure also relates to a method for manufacturing a different-strength steel welding component with an aluminum or aluminum-alloy plating and a welding wire used in the method.
