The anti-sloshing moon pool structure of the present invention includes moon pool plates (112, 114 and 116), which are provided on a bow-side wall (401), a stern-side wall (403) and opposite sidewalls (405) of a moon pool (100), and a moon pool bottom block (130), which is provided on a bow-side lower edge (407) of the moon pool (100). The moon pool plates and the moon pool bottom block have protruding lengths within which they do not interfere with a maximum working area.     • An in-plane switching (IPS) mode liquid crystal display (LCD) device is described which does not contain a common electrode. In the IPS mode LCD device. In the IPS display device, a pixel is defined by gate lines and data lines that cross each other. One or more switching devices are formed at the pixel. First and second electrodes are disposed at the pixel. The first electrode is connected with one of the data lines through the switching device and the second electrode is connected with another of the data lines through another switching device. The other switching device is either formed at the pixel or formed at an adjacent pixel. The data lines, and thus the first and second electrodes, have different potentials applied thereto, thereby forming an electric field without using a common electrode.

    • A refrigerator includes a refrigerator body; a refrigerator door coupled to the refrigerator body so as to be opened and closed; and a gasket mounted on either the door or the body. The gasket has a magnet therein so as to hold the door closed against the refrigerator body. The gasket has at least one shielding portion that extends from an edge of the gasket. The sealing portion is configured to be elastically deformed when the refrigerator door is closed, which enhances the sealing action of the gasket. As a result, even if the magnet has a weak magnetic force due to age or the sealing surface is no longer flat, a sealing force is reinforced by the shielding portion. Accordingly, cool air inside the refrigerator is prevented from leaking out, and external warm air is prevented from being introduced into the refrigerator.

    • A heat exchanging device for a refrigerator is disclosed which includes a casing divided into a first chamber with a condenser disposed therein and a second chamber with an evaporator disposed therein by a separation wall (partition). A container is disposed in the first chamber for accommodating water. Further, a water pathway is provided between the first and second chambers for guiding water generated from the second chamber toward the container. With this structure, defrosted water may be effectively discharged to prevent contamination of the heat exchanging device and a refrigerating chamber and refrigerating performance of the refrigerator may be improved.
