摘要： Disclosed is an integrated lamp stand, including: a support stand having three leg tubes, a center tube assembly, and a sliding connector slidably sleeved on the center tube assembly; a pivot member coupled on a top of the center tube assembly; and a lamp body pivotably connected to the pivot member. In an expanded state, the leg tubes are expanded, the sliding connector is moved to a predetermined position of the center tube assembly, the center tube assembly is elongated, and the lamp body is adjusted to a predetermined angle. In a collapsed state, the leg tubes are collapsed, the sliding connector is moved to another predetermined position of the center tube assembly, the center tube assembly is adjusted to a minimum length, and the lamp body is adjusted to another predetermined angle, whereby the lamp body and the support stand are collapsed to a slender shape.

摘要： An in-tube fixing assembly, which fixes an object inside or at an end of a tube, includes a primary tube having an inner space and an inner wall defining the inner space; a fixing member inserted partially or wholly into the inner space from an opened end of the primary tube and provided with at least one through hole at an appropriate position, the through hole provided with an accommodation part extending in a direction from the through hole toward the inner wall of the primary tube by a predetermined angle; and at least one screw member, one end of which is defined as an operation end and the other end defined as an insertion end, a diameter of the screw member configured to gradually decrease from the operation end to the insertion end, wherein the screw member is inserted into the through hole in a direction from the opened end to the inner space of the primary tube, such that when the insertion end is rotatably inserted into the accommodation part from the through hole, the insertion end of the screw member abuts against the inner wall of the primary tube to form a small recess thereon, the small recess and the accommodation part respectively form a first engaging thread and a second engaging thread, that are complementary to a shape of the screw member.

摘要： A method of fabricating a hybrid orientation substrate is described. A silicon substrate with a first orientation having a silicon layer with a second orientation directly thereon is provided, and then a stress layer is formed on the silicon layer. A trench is formed between a first portion and a second portion of the silicon layer through the stress layer and into the substrate. The first portion of the silicon layer is amorphized. A SPE process is performed to recrystallize the amorphized first portion of the silicon layer to be a recrystallized layer with the first orientation. An annealing process is performed at a temperature lower than 1200° C. to convert a surface layer of the second portion of the silicon layer to a strained layer. The trench is filled with an insulating material after the SPE process or the annealing process, and the stress layer is removed.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of manufacturing semiconductor device having metal gate. First, a substrate is provided. A first conductive type transistor having a first sacrifice gate and a second conductive type transistor having a second sacrifice gate are disposed on the substrate. The first sacrifice gate is removed to form a first trench and then a first metal layer and a first material layer are formed in the first trench. Next, the first metal layer and the first material layer are flattened. The second sacrifice gate is removed to form a second trench and then a second metal layer and a second material layer are formed in the second trench. Lastly, the second metal layer and the second material layer are flattened.

摘要： A retractable post with an alarm device includes a plurality of retractable pipes retractably sleeved with each other. A retractable air whistle is secured by a latch block at a proper location inside the retractable pipe. A plug piece is installed at a bottom of the retractable post. The plug piece and the latch block make an interior of the retractable pipe present a dummy seal state, wherein the retractable pipe is almost but not completely sealed. When an abnormal rapid falling displacement of the retractable pipes occurs, the latch block and the retractable air whistle compress the air inside the retractable pipe, and then a bellow of the retractable air whistle is further compressed, such that the air inside the bellow is rapidly discharged through a sounding valve disposed at a front end of the air whistle, thereby generating an alarm sound.

摘要： A method for fabricating metal gate transistor is disclosed. First, a substrate having a first transistor region and a second transistor region is provided. Next, a stacked film is formed on the substrate, in which the stacked film includes at least one high-k dielectric layer and a first metal layer. The stacked film is patterned to form a plurality of gates in the first transistor region and the second transistor region, a dielectric layer is formed on the gates, and a portion of the dielectric layer is planarized until reaching the top of each gates. The first metal layer is removed from the gate of the second transistor region, and a second metal layer is formed over the surface of the dielectric layer and each gate for forming a plurality of metal gates in the first transistor region and the second transistor region.
