    • The present invention provides a TFT substrate and manufacturing method thereof and a liquid crystal display device. The method includes: sequentially depositing a dielectric layer, a first metal layer, and a first semiconductor layer on a substrate; applying half-toning technique to form a first photoresist layer; removing portions of the dielectric layer, the first metal layer and the first semiconductor layer and making a portion of the dielectric layer exposed; removing the first photoresist layer and sequentially forming a second semiconductor layer, a first protection layer, and a second metal layer on the substrate; forming a second photoresist layer; removing all the layers on the substrate that are not covered; and removing the second photoresist layer and forming a second protection layer. The invention uses only two masking processes of half-toning and regular mask. The number of masking process is reduced and the manufacturing of TFT substrate is greatly simplified.

    • The disclosure provided a content delivery network, which comprises a content locating system, a delivery configuration managing system and at least one content providing node; wherein the content providing node is configured to acquire and provide a content; the content locating system is configured to determine a download location of a content requested to be downloaded and provide the determined download location information to a content download requester; and the delivery configuration managing system is configured to maintain and/or generate the delivery configuration information of the content, determining a delivery configuration of the content to be downloaded according to the received information of the content requested to be downloaded, and notify the same to the download requester. Further the disclosure provided a method for content delivery on the basis of the content delivery network described above. The technical solution of the disclosure supports various content delivery configurations with relatively low complexity and costs.

    • The present invention relates to a method for fabricating an LCD. The method includes fabricating a MAV layer on a glass substrate. The step of fabricating the MAV layer on the glass substrate comprises the steps of: (A) coating MAV organic monomers on the glass substrate; (B) patterning the MAV organic monomers through a photomask; and (C) curing the patterned MAV organic monomers. In accordance with a photo-curing material of the MAV layer, the fabricating method of the present invention has simple processes with low technical requirements.
