    • The disclosure discloses a method for sending a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) message in a Time Division Duplex (TDD) system and a User Equipment (UE), in order that the UE feeds back the HARQ-ACK message of each downlink serving cell and downlink subframe in Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) format 1b with channel selection in the TDD system. When there are more than 1 downlink subframes in a downlink subframe window corresponding to an uplink subframe, the feedback mode when the UE feeds back the HARQ-ACK message in format 1b with channel selection is determined through the configuration of the high layer or according to the result about whether the UE receives the Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) from a secondary downlink serving cell. In feedback mode 1, the UE adopts the mapping table defined by Long Term Evolution Advanced (LTE-A) (Rel-10), generates the HARQ-ACK message in the mapping table by a time domain bundling method, and determines the corresponding PUCCH resources in the mapping table by a preset new PUCCH resource determining method.

    • The disclosure provides a method for transmitting uplink control signaling, which includes: respectively performing, on the uplink control signaling, channel coding, scrambling, modulation, time-domain spreading and precoding transform; or respectively performing, on the uplink control signaling, channel coding, scrambling, modulation, precoding transform and time-domain spreading; and mapping the uplink control signaling to an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbol used for bearing the uplink control signaling; and transmitting the uplink control signaling that is borne in the OFDM symbol. The disclosure also provides a method for bearing a demodulation reference signal during transmission of uplink control signaling, which includes: bearing the uplink demodulation reference signal in k OFDM symbols in a sub-frame. The disclosure also discloses apparatuses for respectively implementing the methods above. The technical solutions of the disclosure effectively solve the problem that the uplink control signaling is transmitted using a structure of Discrete Fourier Transform-spread-OFDM (DFT-s-OFDM).

The method includes: a UE determining, according to a preset rule, whether to transmit PUCCH and/or PUSCH and/or an SRS or not on a last symbol of a current subframe; the UE determining the PUCCH and/or the PUSCH to be transmitted on the current subframe according to availability of the last symbol of the current subframe for transmitting the PUCCH and/or the PUSCH; and the UE transmitting the PUCCH and/or the PUSCH on the current subframe and/or transmitting the SRS on the last symbol of the current subframe. In virtue of the present disclosure, it can be realized that a plurality of types of physical uplink signals/channels are simultaneously transmitted.
