    • According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a nailing machine, including: a drive unit that drives a blade to strike a nail; a blade guide that includes a guide groove to guide the blade; a guide plate that is attached on the blade guide to cover the guide groove; and a magazine that is held with respect to the blade guide and that feeds a nail to the guide groove, wherein the nailing machine further includes a blade fixing unit that limits a movement of the blade when the guide plate is detached.

    • [Problem] To provide a process for producing polycrystalline silicon, which is capable of effectively preventing the formation of phosphorus-silicon compounds in the discharge gas discharged from the reaction vessel, and makes it possible to reuse a silane compound contained in the discharge gas.[Means for Solution] The process for producing polycrystalline silicon by feeding a reaction gas containing a silane gas and a hydrogen gas into a reaction vessel equipped with silicon core members erected on the electrodes, heating the silicon core members by flowing an electric current thereto to a temperature at which silicon deposits, forming polycrystalline silicon rods by allowing the formed silicon to deposit on the silicon core members, and discharging the discharge gas after the reaction from the reaction vessel, wherein the discharge gas discharged from the reaction vessel is quenched so that the temperature thereof drops from 800° C. down to 500° C. in not longer than 0.1 second.

    • An electric driving machine has a motor for rotating a flywheel, power transmission for converting rotational drive force of the flywheel into rectilinear drive force and transmitting the rectilinear drive force to an actuator which fires a fastener, and engagement/disengagement arrangement which transmits the rotational drive force of the flywheel to a driver blade of interrupts transmission of the rotational drive force. The electric driving machine is provided with a second switching element connected in series with the engagement/disengagement arrangement and a third switching element connected in shunt with the engagement/disengagement arrangement. When a push lever switch is in an OFF position where driving of a fastener is not ready, the third switching element is held in an ON state.
