摘要： Method and apparatus for rejoining broken thread in a spindleless spinning machine wherein the thread is formed in a turbine and withdrawn on to a spool. The breakage of the thread is sensed and in response thereto the spinning operation is stopped and the thread reversed into the spinning turbine. Upon the restarting of spinning, means are provided to temporarily store a loop of thread in order to compensate for the faster action of the spinning turbine than that of the withdrawing spool. The means comprise a hollow suction chamber located adjacent the path of the thread.
