摘要： Absorbable iron-based alloy implanted medical device and manufacturing method thereof. The iron-based alloy implanted medical device comprises an iron-based alloy substrate (11), a degradable polymer layer (13) disposed on a surface of the iron-based alloy substrate (11), and a tannic acid chemical conversion film (12) disposed on a surface of the iron-based alloy substrate (11). After the medical device is implanted into a body, the tannic acid chemical conversion film (12) is configured to protect the iron-based alloy substrate (11) coated thereby from being in contact with a body fluid, thereby ensuring that the device meets a clinical mechanical property requirement in the early stage of implantation. Furthermore, the iron-based alloy implanted medical device has a decreased size, and produces a decreased amount of a corrosive product after being implanted, facilitating faster absorption or elimination of the corrosive product.

摘要： A vascular stent (100) comprises a plurality of wave loops. In its natural state, in two of the wave loops which are adjacent in a group, a part of a wave crest of a lower layer wave loop are in a restrained connection with a part of a wave trough of an upper layer wave loop; the other part of the wave crest of the lower layer wave loop passes through the other part of the wave trough of the upper layer wave loop, and the other part of the wave crest and the other part of the wave trough are in a non-contact mutually-suspended connection. Some of the wave crests and wave troughs of the vascular stent (100) are in the non-contact mutually-suspended connection rather than the restrained connection, so that the maximum flexibility is provided to the stent, and meanwhile, the overall stability of the stent is guaranteed. The stent (100) can maintain a good shape during both implantation and the release process, so that safety during release is ensured.

摘要： The present invention relates to an occluder, comprising a meshed occlusion body provided with a cavity, and a proximal hub, as well as a locking member and a stopping member both of which are located in the cavity. The proximal occluder head is provided with a locking hole in communication with the cavity. An occlusion device comprises the occluder, a hollow delivery' mechanism and a traction member. The distal end of the traction member is detachably connected to the proximal end of the locking member of the occluder after extending through the distal end of the delivery' mechanism. The occlusion device has a simple locking structure, and simplifies the manufacturing process and the locking operation.

The implant (500) is detachably connected to the distal end of the pushing member (73) by means of the proximal end of the implant.
