    • A protection switch includes a plurality of single-pole protection switch modules in a mechanically coherent unit forming a multi-pole protection switch configuration. Each module includes a housing, a switching arm, a moving contact on the switching arm pivotably movable against a fixed contact between closed and open positions, a manual operating mechanism for adjusting the switching arm between the closed and open positions and a tripping mechanism for automatically resetting the switching arm into the open position upon a tripping condition. The manual operating mechanisms of all modules are coupled so that the modules are only switched jointly. The tripping mechanisms of all modules are coupled so that the tripping mechanism of each also trips all others. A one-piece coupling is insertable between adjoining modules for both mechanically fixing the modules to one another and coupling the manual operating mechanisms and the tripping mechanisms of the adjoining protection switch modules.

    • A multiplexing system for use in a boat or recreation vehicle is used to switch an electric load. The system contains at least two bus devices that are connected via a bus line, whereby each one contains a number of inputs and/or load outputs. Each input can be connected to the signal emitter to guide an input signal, during which each load output, which is used to output an output voltage, can be connected to an electric load circuit and a switch element that is used to switch the output voltage. The system includes a control device used to control each load output according to the input signal that is disposed on an associated input, which can be configured such that each input can be allocated to any particular load output by logical interlinking. The control device is formed from a plurality of hardware-sided identical base modules.

    • An electric switch (1) includes a switching device (4), movable between its ON position and OFF position, for switching a current circuit. The switch (1) is combined with a magnetic circuit (28, 29) for electromagnetic undervoltage tripping. In the event of undervoltage, the magnetic circuit (28, 29), as it opens, shifts the switching device (4) to its OFF position. The switching device (4) shifted to its OFF position closes the magnetic circuit (28, 29) again. A linearly movable fixing slide (24) couples the switching device (4) with the magnet armature (28) of the magnetic circuit and fixes the magnet armature (28) on the magnet core (29) in the OFF position of the switching device (4).

    • A door-bolting device for electrical appliances, in particular washing machines, comprises a longitudinally displaceable slide bolt having a locking opening for a door-locking hook, one or two bolting openings for engagement by a bolting rod, and a lock-down recess. In open position, the free end of a signal contact spring enters this lock-down recess; this spring and a fixed contactor member opposite and parallel with the former constitute a signal contact unit. During bolting operation, a signal contact is made in this unit and controls a bolt-actuating relay comprising a magnet yoke, a coil, a core and a double-armed magnet armature lever. The free end of a bolting arm of the latter constitutes a bearing for the bolting rod which is displaced, during bolting operation, by a swivel motion of the lever. The end of a main contact arm of the same lever serves as bearing for a connecting shaft which is fastened to a diaphragm subdividing a pressure chamber. The latter is connected with a pressure-equalizing chamber fillable with a fluid medium such as water via a supply duct. The connecting shaft end remote from the diaphragm exerts during bolting displacement increasing pressure on a main contactor spring which makes, together with a fixed main contactor member, a main contact for switching on the appliance.
