摘要： There is provided a communication device including a first transmitter configured to up-convert a frequency of a first transmission signal to a first frequency so as to be wirelessly transmitted, a second transmitter configured to up-convert a frequency of a second transmission signal to a second frequency different from the first frequency so as to be wirelessly transmitted, a receiver configured to receive a reception signal including a passive intermodulation signal generated due to the first and second transmission signals wirelessly transmitted, a memory, and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to estimate frequency errors of the up-converted first and second transmission signals, generate a cancellation signal into which any frequency of the first and second transmission signals has been corrected, based on the estimated frequency errors, and combine the cancellation signal with a down-converted reception signal.

摘要： An automatic gain control (AGC) method and system for a radio receiver are proposed in which the ACG comprises two AGC loops; a first loop controlling signal gain in the analogue portion of the radio receiver, a second loop controlling gain in the digital domain after digitization of the received signal. The analogue AGC loop has a slower response time than the digital AGC loop. When applied to a multi-branch diversity receiver, each branch has its own digital AGC loop, but the analogue gain can be common to all branches, based on measurement of the analogue signal in each branch.

The RNC generates a radio resource control (RRC) message with a MAC-hs reset indication. 摘要： Methods, systems, and apparatuses for down-converting a modulated carrier signal to a demodulated baseband signal by sampling a portion of the energy of the carrier signal are described herein. Briefly stated, such methods systems, and apparatuses operate by receiving a modulated carrier signal and using a control signal to control a switch or switches so as to transfer a portion of the energy from the modulated carrier signal in the form of charge to a storage capacitor during a plurality of aperture periods and to discharge the charge in the storage capacitor into a load during the time between the plurality of aperture periods. The demodulated baseband signal is generated during both the charging and the discharging of the storage capacitor based on the energy accumulated at the storage capacitor as a net result of previous charging and discharging of the storage capacitor.

摘要： Methods, systems, and apparatuses for down-converting an electromagnetic (EM) signal by aliasing the EM signal is described herein. Briefly stated, such methods, systems, and apparatuses operate by receiving an EM signal and an aliasing signal having an aliasing rate. The EM signal is aliased according to the aliasing signal to down-convert the EM signal. The term aliasing, as used herein, refers to both down-converting an EM signal by under-sampling the EM signal at an aliasing rate, and down-converting an EM signal by transferring energy from the EM signal at the aliasing rate. In an embodiment, the EM signal is down-converted to an intermediate frequency (IF) signal. In another embodiment, the EM signal is down-converted to a demodulated baseband information signal. In another embodiment, the EM signal is a frequency modulated (FM) signal, which is down-converted to a non-FM signal, such as a phase modulated (PM) signal or an amplitude modulated (AM) signal.

摘要： A frequency-shift-keying (FSK) transceiver for use in a hearing aid system and having a resonant circuit comprising a transceiver inductance (L1), said resonant circuit having a resonance frequency, and a transfer function where gain and phase are frequency dependent, wherein the transceiver comprises an FSK modulator receiving a data stream, and in response thereto outputting an FSK modulated signal to the resonant circuit for wirelessly transmission. The transceiver includes a controller monitoring the data stream received by the FSK modulator, and a phase equalizer unit controlled by the controller for substantially equalizing the phase distortion introduced by the frequency dependent resonant circuit. The invention also provides a hearing aid and a method of operating an FSK transceiver.
