摘要： A process cartridge comprises a photosensitive drum and a developing roller. A coupling member is provided adjacent to one axial end of the developing roller. The coupling member includes a driven portion, and an intermediary portion configured and positioned to engage with the driven portion. The intermediary portion is also configured to be movable relative to the driven portion in a direction crossing the axis of the developing roller while maintaining engagement with the driven portion. The coupling member further includes a driving portion configured and positioned to receive a driving force for rotating the developing roller. The driving portion is also configured to engage with the intermediary portion, and to be movable relative to the intermediary portion in a direction crossing the axis of the developing roller while maintaining engagement with the intermediary portion.

摘要： A developing cartridge includes a storage medium. A first contact portion is provided in a photoconductor unit and configured to be electrically connected to the storage medium. A second contact portion is provided in an apparatus body. The photoconductor unit is configured to, in a case of attaching the photoconductor unit to the apparatus body, move from a first position to a second position while being guided by a guide member and then move from the second position to a third position below the second position. At least one of the first contact portion and the second contact portion is capable of being displaced such that engagement between the first contact portion and the second contact portion is performed while the photoconductor unit moves by being guided by the guide member, and the engagement is maintained while the photoconductor unit moves from the second position to the third position.

The shaft is movable from a first position to a second position when the second inclined surface receives a pressing force directed in a direction from the another end portion to the one end portion.

When viewed in the direction of the rotational axis, a line segment connects the center of the positioned portion and a center of the rotation-prevented portion, a linear line passes through the electrical contact surface and is perpendicular to the electrical contact surface, the line segment and the linear line intersect with each other at an intersection, and a distance between the center of the positioned portion and the intersection is longer than a distance between the center of the rotation prevented portion and the intersection.

摘要： A process unit includes a photoreceptor drum, a charging roller, and a cam member. The cam member includes a mounting portion that externally fits to a shaft portion of the charging roller and a contact portion that protrudes to an outside of the mounting portion. Then, the charging roller is maintained in a separate state by bringing the contact portion of the cam member into contact with an outer surface of the drum main body, and the charging roller is switched to a contact state by rotating the cam member dependently with rotation of the photoreceptor drum in a normal direction.
