摘要： A swivel chair including a swivel-mounting assembly having a lower plate, and an upper plate, and bearings for rotatably mounting the upper plate to the lower plate. The lower plate and the upper plate defining an annular gap therebetween cooperating with the interior of the swivel-mounting assembly. The improvement includes an annular gasket having a first portion that receives the bearings is positioned in-between the plates. The annular gasket further having a second portion depending from the first. The second portion includes upper and lower sections extending from the first portion and have an inside facing section being in partial surface-to-surface contact with the lower and upper plates. Thus, the annular gasket prevents foreign particles from entering into the interior of the swivel-mounting assembly.

摘要： The present invention relates to a fluid agitator which may stir fluid in a closed space without leakage of the fluid. The fluid agitator has a motive means and a bearing means installed in the closed space. In the fluid agitator employing a electric motor as the motive means, only the stator coil of the motor which is weak in its resistance against high temperatures and humid atmosphere is sealed in a sealing chamber. The sealing chamber may be provided with a cooling device to cool the inside thereof. The driving shaft of the motor is supported by a bearing having resistance to high temperatures and high humidity and is provided with an agitating blade. In the fluid agitator employing a turbine system as the motive means, a turbine chamber and a turbine blade are set in the closed space. A fluid supply is furnished to introduce fluid into the turbine chamber from outside of the closed space for driving and rotating the turbine blade. The turbine blade is connected to an agitating blade through a rotation transmission.

摘要： A ball bearing capable of taking both radial and axial loads comprises an integral ball on the end of a shaft engaging a full circular complement of balls running in a cylindrical outer race ring and confined axially by end plates at opposite ends of the outer race ring. The outer race ring and end plates are held in an outer case formed of metal having a lower modulus of elasticity than the outer race ring and end plates. A second bearing system comprises a shaft fixed axially on at least one end of a hollow cylinder in which two balls are confined. A finger extends through an opening in the side wall of the cylinder and between the two balls to take axial thrust on the shaft in either direction. The shaft is rotatably supported by radial bearings.

摘要： A suspension thrust bearing provides a bearing with annular upper part and annular lower part. 摘要： A motor with a lead screw is provided with a pre-load generating member for canceling backlash in the axial direction, and the lead screw formed with a feed screw groove portion serves as the output shaft of the motor. The pre-load generating mechanism is constituted by a blind hole, a biasing member, and a movable member. The blind hole is formed concentrically in one end of the lead screw. The biasing member is inserted in the blind hole and has a stroke sufficient to generate a biasing force. The movable member is inserted in the blind hole next to the biasing member to receive the biasing force, and is held to be movable in the axial direction in the blind hole. Hence, the motor with a lead screw can be made short in the axial direction. The biasing member is set to have a sufficiently long stroke so that the stability of the pre-load generating member is maintained high, thereby eliminating backlash in the axial direction.
