摘要： A kamado-style grill assembly includes a vessel, a fire bowl, and a unit extending through an opening of the vessel for positioning below an opening of the fire bowl. The unit may include a gas burner configured to radiate heat into the fire bowl. In such examples, the grill assembly may further include a heat spreader removably coupled to the unit The heat spreader is formed at least partially of a thermally conductive material to absorb heat radiated from the gas burner and spread heat away from the gas burner. In other examples, the grill assembly may additionally and/or alternatively include a support bracket removably coupled to the fire bowl. The support bracket extends across at least a portion of an opening of the fire bowl for supporting a structure. Other example kamado-style grill assemblies and methods of installing components of kamado-style grills are also disclosed.

摘要： A grill including an upper shell and a lower shell is provided. The lower shell defines an opening there-through, and the upper shell and the lower shell together define a cooking chamber. A pellet burner is adapted to fit in the opening in the lower shell. The pellet burner includes an air duct having a first end and a second end. The first end is positioned outside of the lower shell and the second end is positioned inside of the lower shell when the pellet burner is fitted in the opening in the lower shell. The pellet burner includes a fan positioned to blow air through the air duct and through the second end of the air duct, and a pellet box configured to hold a plurality of pellets. An auger moves the pellets to a position adjacent the second end of the air duct that contains a hot rod.

摘要： An apparatus for supplying gaseous fuel to a kamado-style grill is disclosed. The kamado-style grill includes a vessel and a fire bowl positioned within the vessel. The vessel and the fire bowl each have an opening. The apparatus includes a gas burner insertable through the opening of the vessel for positioning below the opening of the fire bowl, and a housing substantially covering the opening of the vessel and including one or more openings for allowing air to pass into or out of the kamado-style grill. Other example apparatuses and grill assemblies for receiving the apparatuses are also disclosed.
