The oscillator has a main body with an inlet, a ball shaped oscillating cavity, and an outlet. The ratio of the inner diameter of the inlet, the inner diameter of the oscillating cavity and the minimum inner diameter of the outlet is 1:2.5-5:1.1-1.35.
