The layered structure has, stacked from bottom to top, a left-right slide mechanism, a forward-backward slide mechanism, a rotation mechanism, and a rotation limitation mechanism. The rotation limitation mechanism changes a rotation range according to a sliding position in the forward-backward direction.

The coating film is made of an amorphous organic material and has a thickness absorbing a surface irregularity of the contact object contacted by the surface of the coating film.
